If you want to get food here don't. The service was horrible. The staff don't care at all. It was a slow night, Nobody was in front of me or behind me at the drive thru. I Order 2 spicey chicken sandwiches and a pot pie. Not difficult. I was asked to pull up to the front of the store. Waited 15 minutes... went into the store and finally got my food. I tried to give benefit of the doubt for maybe there short staffed, nope there was 5 people walking around. When I got my food I got no receipt,no sauces(i asked for), plus my bag had a whole that tore and all the food fell out at the torn seam. This is the worse services I've ever had at any KFC.

There was a sheet with coupons on it I was simply just looking at it and the employee Regina literally huffed and puffed and then grab them and took them away from me and I was like geez I'm sorry I was just looking at what deals you got.
She is rude my family will never come back to this location.

I ordered 2 potpies, took 20 minutes to come out, basically the cook time, no warning, they're usually pre-made like the chicken to keep the customer from waiting that long, the diner did not have clean tables, all the trash cans were full, everyone who came in behind us was waiting just as long, no straws available to customer's, seems very un organized. I walked in and the diner had 2 prior customer's, by the time I left, there was 8 customer's waiting for food.

Yeah, no. Don’t go here. For lunch or for dinner, anywhere in between the team just isn’t organized or able to handle orders on any scale. The crew trainers always quit, so they don’t have anyone who knows how the system should work. It’s pretty rough.
The only way it’ll get better is if there’s a management shift. Until then, it’s on par with the service at the Marathon’s Crispy Crunchy Chicken.
To the employees who actually work hard and do a good job, you’re the only reason this store is able to function at all. Thanks for what you do.

First, I don't leave alot of reviews. Today I was in your KFC. I was greeted by Regina who took my order. She was upbeat, happy and professional. She listened, took my order, repeated it back exactly as I ordered it. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I checked my order as I always do and it was perfect! At home, everything was still hot and delicious. Thanks to Regina and the rest of the staff!
