Killer Burger Medford

First Amazing customer service, awesome employees, friendly, fast, great food, our cashier Cassie was amazing! And the whole staff. Best burger joint around I would absolutely recommend killer burger.

One of the best burgers I've had ever, and I've had a lot. The owner himself took out order and the service from himself and the whole team was great. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

Great option for unique burgers!

Would be 5 star if quality was priority. My issue is chicken burgers the beef burgers 0 problems. 3 times now ordering through door dash I've not gotten a correct order. 1st time added pickle to a spicy blt got chicken, pickle and sauce only. 2nd time ordered same burger same issue. Tonight my husband and I ordered 2 spicy blt no bacon on both and chicken wasn't normal quality I threw it away. Never had an issue with beef burgers just chicken for some reason. At this point though I can't see wasting my money some place that lately can't get your order right I'm over it.

Burgers & fries plus dipping sauces were totally AWESOME. Manager was super caring & friendly. I asked to buy a shirt to help promote his restaurant but they were currently out but he GAVE me a crew member shirt. I didn't get his name but you know who you are. Thank you very much. I will be buying a few things online. Anytime I find myself in Medford Oregon, I'll be stopping in at Killer Burger for sure!!

I come here almost everyday for lunch the customer service is amazing and i would know i managed a club they are very welcoming people and the food always comes out delicious I recommend my whole family to try it along with a few friends and co workers!! Best establishment!!

Thier sauce has a mustard base, the killer sauce. I hate mustard, the sauce was on my burger also. Nothing warns people of this.
