Had the worst customer service today. Had 3 other customers waiting in front of me. Two of the other customers left because the employee would not attend them. When I ordered the employee had the worst attitude. Not here to complain but hopefully they can fix this issue and not loose other customers.

Slow service and expensive. Place used to be packed in the beginning but now has been reduced for whatever their reason may be.

Went on Labor Day around 7pm. Got our single scoops of ice cream and waited at checkout for the couple ahead of us to pay, at the only register that has a tiny counter space. The very young worker sprayed cleaner hardly 1 foot away from our open scoops of ice cream. I was dumbfounded and took a second to say something. She seemed shocked and in a mean girl spirit, looked at me like "wow you cared about that?" And laughingly asked if I wanted another one. The ice cream I love is on the end, where the door opens, I thought it was too high risk she cleaned those glass doors with them slightly cracked, so opted out. My partner was grossed out and I had to get him another scoop, but it was questionable to eat and not enjoyable. We won't be coming back for the open food that's for sure, maybe the popsicles if we ever get the craving again. It's too bad the gansito ice cream was amazing. Tried calling corporate but they don't really care, wouldn't return my calls.
The Fresas con crema and cajeta ice cream were so good! We thought they closed later but they were about to close and the employee was very nice and helpful! We will definitely be coming back

The La Michoacana ice cream and treat shop in Medford is pretty good.They have tons of different dessert options that combine fruit, ice cream, tamarind, and even peppers in some very creative combinations.It's an interesting place to go and try some new kinds of Mexican style desserts.
