We just learned that they moved to new location, but are rebuilding inDowntown Jacksonville after a fire. So glad they found another location. It is in an industrial location on Sage Rd. So you have to drive but really easy to get too.. The inside is very nice and well done. I ordered takeout but we plan on going back for dinner again soon.. Food was DELICIOUS as usual!

It's been 2 years since I was in the restaurant and the owner walked up and asked if I was having my taco salad as usual. If you are a regular, they remember your order. And I'm sure if you're not a regular, I'm sure they would still, remember your order.

Los Arcos has become my new go-to Mexican restaurant in Medford. The service was top notch and the food was better than I'd expected. We went back again but they were closed for a private event. However, I'm going to go again this week. My sisters took me there for my birthday. Everyone in our party loved their meal. My chili rellanos were amazing. Okay, I'm going back tomorrow!!

From now on my wife & I have decided the first place in a new restaurant we go to is the bathroom. If the bathroom is dirty then we leave immediately! This restaurant was filthy. Expensive as well. I ordered a Chimichanga, my wife got one small taco with beans and rice. It arrived is less the 4 minutes. He plate was cold as was the rice & beans. After I took a bite of the chimichanga I realized it was freaking pre made. No way anyone can make a burrito then deep fry in in 4 minutes. No telling how long that soggy chimichanga set around before they served it to me. I could not finish it because it was drenched in bland sauce as was my wife's taco. Absolutely horrible food. How do these places obtain rating over 4 stars? Yeah I know I we are picky. But we should demand excellence we we got out to eat! When we complained, no on cares. Bad attitudes all around. So if you're looking for a Mexican restaurant to have a bit to eat by pass this one. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in Medford. Choose wisely, and go to the rest room first. Dirty rest room equals dirty kitchen! Stay away from Los Arcos! stay far away!

Worse service. I went there as a preorder. When I got there I ordered and paid for a steak fajita/plate. I even tipped because I was so excited since my friends told me I would love it. I didn't Ben mind the wait. But when I got it I noticed there was no salsa or guacamole like the menu says it will. I go in no biggy people forget stuff. But instead of a oh sorry for that. I got the third degree of what I ordered even that was the person who brought it to me. And after they gave me water sour cream and guacamole, I still had to re ask for salsa. And then I get home and it isn't steak it is chicken! So I paid over 20 to find out they only gave me a cheaper dinner. I would show a video of how watery but this platform doesn't do videos. Never again. There are way better quality places. I didn't even get chips and salsa while I waited.

Tacos were good, nothing to complain about and so were the Chips and Salsa. I would go back again but probably try other places first around town.

It has been awhile since I have eaten at this restaurant, and it will be awhile before I come back. Service was mediocre at best and the food an interesting spin for a typical Mexican restaurant around this area. Not much flavor or appeal. Sorry, maybe we just picked a wrong day?

Great carne asada. The chips and salsa were really great too. A little out of the way but worth it.

We have been going to Los Arcos for many years. We have enjoyed the people there and the food. Lately things have changed. The food is still good, but something is amiss in the running of the restaurant. We have gone 3 different times during "open" hours and found the door locked. They were closed to the public??? Very frustrating. We went last night and there were people eating there but the doors were locked. We will not be back for now. If the restaurant needs to close there should be a sign on the door. Or they can post a message on their facebook page or website. This is not way to run a business.

Not sure when they changed the days closed? We went last week on Wednesday and they were closed!! This week on a Tuesday and they were closed... sign on door says open every day??

Decent burrito. Friendly environment... $9 seems expensive but I'm an old hippie who remembers $3 burritos that would feed me for a full day
