Favorite Thai is Pad See Ew; wife, Sweet and Sour Chicken. Portions have decreased, but not the prices. Overall, it was disappointing. Realize there is inflation and supply chain intervening, but...
We'll go back to Vim Thai, better on both fronts.

Authentic Thai food - worth every penny 😋

So when did Lemon Grass cut their To-Go order portions in half?!
So irritating! Seems to be the theme for every restaurant in Medford on To-Go orders anymore.

I ordered a Thai tea and papaya salad. When I left I got in my car for my lunch and opened my salad and started eating it and noticed that something didn’t taste correct.

I then went to drink my Thai tea and when I looked at it I noticed something floating in my drink.

I opened the lid and to my surprise there was some sort of bug in it, it wasn’t a fly which would have been maybe a little bit more expected but some sort of flat bug with wings.

I immediately closed the containers and proceeded to call them. The lady on the phone didn’t seem to believe me and asked me to come back to show them so I did.

I brought both the papaya salad and the drink with me and she asked if the papaya salad had bugs in it too and I said no but after seeing the bug I reasonably didn’t feel comfortable eating the food.

They said they would then only refund the drink of $4

But that because i took a bite of the papaya salad they couldn’t refund it.

I took the $4 and left the food there after they asked me to take it with me and I said that I wasn’t going to eat it and that I would prefer that they would just throw it away.

I highly recommend that you don’t eat here. It’s an hour in and my stomach is killing me and I feel like vomiting.

The money isn’t necessarily the problem but it’s more so the situation it’s self.

Best Thai food that I've had thus far in Medford. Having served in the US military in Thailand I know authentic Thai cuisine. I had Pineapple fried rice with shrimp and Thai ice coffee. The food and drink were served quickly. Portion size was very good and the entrees was delicious. They may look small from the outside but inside they are huge of flavor.

The food is great as well as the service ! Thai is my #1 choice when dining out and Lemongrass has never disappointed. Just wish this restaurant of smiles sold my Sing beer to complement the great food.... Thanks SD

They’ve recently changed the wide rice noodles in their dishes (or at least the Pad See Ew) to the standard, boring, fettuccine-type noodle that EVERY Asian place serves in this town. This used to be my favorite spot in Medford, but now it's just unremarkable. Now, it doesn't matter where I go; I’ll get the same crap everywhere. This place is fine. It's not amazing anymore, but it's fine I guess. I wish I would have posted a review of how amazing their Pad See Ew and Kee Mao flat, wide, rice noodles were before they got rid of them. Medford lost something special here.

Just received our food through DoorDash and it is just as good as if we dined in. The food is great and the owners & staff have always been super nice. Thankful to have Lemongrass as a Thai option in Medford. Thanks :-)

My family and I have had nothing but great service and food there. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Thai food is one my favorites and I'm extremely happy that we found an authentic Thai place.
