Good pies, fast....one location that somehow manages to be able to cook the center of the pizza....not sure what the problem is but the locations in white city and central point can seem to cook the center 6 in diameter of the pizza...so kudos on not serving raw dough...

Recently moved to Oregon and this is the closest to my work, have been in 4 times. Every time you are either ignored while the kids working play around on their phones (even while making the pizzas) or you get a burnt pizza. When you tell them it's burnt they say they will have to prep another and will take 15 to 20 minutes. Today they had no pizza's or anything cooked at 11:40, and once they stopped playing around said it will be 15 minutes before anything is ready. Could see they had nothing going in the oven either. This place needs new management that will actually provide service to their customers. Went some where else and won't be returning to this location again.

This store has charged me 3x for an item that was never received. I called with the issue and was told that I need to contact door dash. So I did, neither of the companies resolved the issue nor ever offered to refund me for the items paid for that were never received. 0/10 do not recommend.

One of the worst experiences here-looks like they were understaffed which I get. But two of the employees we standing talking to each other about how much they hate the job, cursing in front of 8 of us in their little lobby, and completely ignoring every customer who came in to order. I watched 3 people come in and wait 5-10 minutes, not even get greeted, and then walk out. One of the women in the lobby said she had been waiting for 45 minutes for her order. Staffing is difficult and I understand that, but wow! If you want better service and to get your pizza quicker, drive to the White City location. You WILL make it there and back before you get your pizza here. ??

The staff was rude as hell and they told me it'll be 15 minutes 3 different times...I know they were short staffed and I didn't say anything at the time but the guy running the front counter was super rude and multiple customers walked out due to him and over an hour wait
Most of the employees are absolutely disrespectful and should get some proper training with customer service.

Wow what a difference Josh the manager there has made. The atmosphere is even different in there. I came in and I actually had ready to go pizzas fresh. Ask me what I want told me everything I wanted to know about other deals. Friendly and courteous. The biggest surprise is when I took a slice of pizza. It looked like thin crust but when I bit into it I knew that's what they wanted to do it was fabulous. The toppings the crust and everything was so delicious and crunchy. I'm telling you the crust alone could have been a meal and I would have been just as happy. Go in check out the difference of the team good and service.

I waited an hour before I got my food wich I don’t mind anyways but when they did finally brought me my food it wasn’t what I ordered also I tried calling multiple times and nobody ever answe, the one time they did answer the guy told me that I couldn’t place an order because they were to far behind instead of telling me it would b an hour wait or what not
