the server didn't do shit beside hand me my enchilada plate that wasnt even good besides for the beans and rice side i ordered but decided to tip himself 10 bucks without my knowledge. never going back

I ordered directly on their website and received a confirmation text with the time it would be ready. When I arrived to pick up my order, two different workers asked to help me, then disappeared. Then after waiting a while, someone dining in the restaurant at a table got up and came to the front and told me their ipad isn't working and they never made my order. I asked for a refund and was told I'd have to do that myself on their website. As expected, there is no option to request a refund, so I'll have to dispute it.

Well I rolled into Medford…. A town I’ve never visited before.
I searched for a place to eat and this particular place was highlighted.
When I drove the 12 minutes across town to get there I wondered if it would be worth it.
I walked over to have dinner at Luna’s and was immediately greeted at the door and the host took me to my table for 1.
I was seated and before I could even put my purse down, I had a bowl or chips and salsa and bean dip on the table by the young gentleman bus boy.
My server was over within seconds and asked for my order.
The atmosphere was unique. It was clean, beautifully designed and decorated.
The music was upbeat happy Mexican music. My meal was fast, fresh and so flavorful.
The speed of all the servers was faster than normal. They all smiled and were VERY attentive to each guest.
My taco plate had amazing flavor and was very tasty!
Lunas checked all the boxes!!! Sometimes the food is amazing but the service is lacking…. Sometimes the environment is impeccable but then the service is sub par. Luna had it all- cleanliness, friendliness and amazing food!
I highly recommend you visit Luna’s if you’re ever in Medford Oregon.

We went to get dinner last night. We were put on a list and then waited.
We were told that they needed a few min for a table. 10 min later came out and said it would be a little longer, we said ok... We had children with us, and we don't mind waiting. But after waiting another half hour, we checked back in, and we're told that we had a table coming up in just a second.
At that same time, a new set of 7 came in. They came out and checked in with us and were told we would be next before them.
The next thing you know, they were seated before us.
No one came to apologize or check in with us. Just left out out front with hungry ass kids and adults.
We ended up leaving
We were told to come check this place out by some close friends. A good night or a bad night. Communication is key.
Children were hungry, I just worked a 12 hour day and met my wife and other family for dinner and waited at least 45 min and ended up leaving.

Good food, very clean, and excellent service! Only 4 stars because the tortilla around my chicken chimichanga was burned around the edges and crispy and hard. The cook should have started over and not served it when the edges were black. It helped that it came with a big helping of sour cream and guacamole. Plus good rice and refried beans. Hubby had better luck. His enchiladas and taco were delicious. Also served with a good portion of rice and beans. I really wish I could give Luna 5 stars because it’s a very nice restaurant with excellent service. I will go back and try again because everything else was perfect.

Have to say, this is the best Mexican restaurant we’ve been visited so far. The margaritas were great on both value and taste; the fajitas were sizzling with wonderful aroma; barbecue pork tacos were excellent. The host was so delightful and very accommodating. The decor was elegant yet still having Mexican theme. Close to highway and shopping center, strongly recommend if you are nearby.

After 12+ hours on the road, we were in need of a good margarita and good authentic Mexican food, and we got it 100%!! They were fast to seat us, brought us delicious margaritas, and their food was beyond expectation. To top it off, the interior design was gorgeous and the staff was amazing! I would 10/10 visit again when we return to the area!! Thank you Luna!
