This is my son's favorite place...like eating a fluffy snowball of goodness and the flavors are excellent. I talked with the owner and you couldn't find a nicer human being!

We visited from Central Oregon and give them a 2 thumbs up! My husband and i were quite pleased with the actual shaved ice and flavors are superb! We come to Medford often and will definitely be back

It was the customer service for me!!! It was my first time trying out this place and let me tell you....IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!! I was visiting my in-laws this summer and I went on a little adventure to look around Medford with my little and we stumbled upon this gem located in a parking lot with some other vendors. We order two different kinds I got Lychee ( It was so good, this is always my go to flavor) and my little got grape of course with ice cream in the middle. The person helping us was very patient with us while my 4yr old changed her mind 1,000 time in less then 20 seconds LOL. We received our order and sat to eat I was not concerned at all about the ice cream not being all the way but the worker there was, she came out to hand me a punch card for a free shaved ice on my next visit because she wanted us to have the full experience of trying it with the ice cream set and not melting in the middle. I was so impressed with the care of the quality of the produce that was being served. My experience was amazing I will make sure to stop by when I am back for another visit!!!

First timer here. I was afraid it would be gooey or corn syrupy but I don't think they use corn syrup, tasted too clean.Good flavors and texture and it cooled me right down. I'll be back, lost time to make up for. ??⛄️

Excellent service excellent product

I have tried ALL of the shave ice joints in town, including one restaurant with a much more expensive version on the dessert menu that was, um, *lacking*. Mahalo is hands-down the BEST. Bar. None. Run, don't walk! You will not be dissappointed. Get all the extras!

What a wonderful family that run this shaved ice food truck. The shaved ice is the bomb. It tasted like you are eating a fresh peach. Yum yum yum!!
