“I ordered coffee after ordering the same thing for 3 weeks. The lady had nerve to say well this is what YOU ordered. I said no it is not the same thing. After rough year especially right now, it was about to push me over the edge. So I called McDonald’s to talk to the manager due to my deafness it was the easiest way to communicate. Sue the manager made my day. She acknowledged and apologize along wanting to make it right. You’ve got a wonderful manager on the team. She deserve a raise!“
“I'm updating my experience at this McDonald's. They really have changed. I go there a lot now with my sisters in Christ. Our food is always good. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is very friendly. They did a real good change. I work down the street from there now and I'm always going down there for breakfast before I go to work. Or when I'm driving around, I go there. Food always hot and delicious. And when I asked for a sweet tea, it's actually a sweet tea and it is very good. I am hooked on their sweet tea.
When I'm on my way home, I'll stop there. And get 2 ,1 with ice and one without ice. So I can have a lot more when I get home.
I love it there now. It's clean, always clean, always friendly people inside and through the drive thru.“
“My fiance and I recently moved to the area and were cruising around looking at apartments and we stopped for a bite to eat. Four double cheeseburgers, holy cow dude it was the best McDonald's I've had in at least a decade. The burgers were juicy and fresh and, unlike our McD's back home, it was actually put together well. The service was phenomenal and a worker even brought it to us in the lobby. I was blown away, y'all really knocked it out of the park, great job!“
“I thought I ordered my food at the biddle McDonald's, sat there about 10 mins waiting for my food and realized I was at the wrong McDonald's. When I arrived to the right McDonalds I went through the driveway and explained what had happened. They were so friendly and made my food again, without me asking. The staff members at both windows had exceptional customer service. Thanks again!“
