Do not go to this McDonald's Worst service ever. They laughed before they gave us the sunday ice cream. These people at night need to get fired. This happened at 7:49 pm at night. So rude and mean. They did not tell us that the lide would come off, and it did. We had to think it out because it would have gotten all over us and the car. I'm so upset at this place. I WANT TO PUT NO STARS, BUT THE INTERNET WOULD NOT LET ME. WORST PLACE EVER TO GO TO.

Food always sucks ordered fish sandwich got more tarter sauce then the fish ...soda flat ..out of everything ..place is not worth going to in my opinion

My fiance and I recently moved to the area and were cruising around looking at apartments and we stopped for a bite to eat. Four double cheeseburgers, holy cow dude it was the best McDonald's I've had in at least a decade. The burgers were juicy and fresh and, unlike our McD's back home, it was actually put together well. The service was phenomenal and a worker even brought it to us in the lobby. I was blown away, y'all really knocked it out of the park, great job!

This was honestly the worst Mac Donald’s ever. They gave me half the stuff I ordered,and when I complained they told they could do anything about it. DO NOT GO TO THIS MC DONALDS. All I gotta say is do you job it’s not hard.

This is horrible they filled my medium fries not even half way up!!! What the hell is this an absolute joke you charge over 3 dollars for one what a joke.

They slop everything together short you on your fries I ordered a large and it was only filled up half way the soda is cut real thin mostly water won't be coming back here

So last night I stopped by this location it was 6:57 p.m. the lobby was closed I was there to pick up my online order the kid cleaning the dining room was very polite. So I went into the drive-thru the kid taking orders at the first window literally didn't know how to find my order which made no sense so that took a few minutes and then get up to the pickup window my order wasn't ready.
Now literally my order had been placed 15 minutes prior the lobby is closed no customers the drive-thru is empty I was the only one then a guy with dreads who I believe was wearing a manager type shirt tells me pull forward to wait for my order. I said seriously how is my order not ready there's nobody here I ordered two Large fries and a 20 piece Chicken McNugget so I pull forward to wait 19 minutes goes by no food brought to me so I get out of my vehicle I see three of them standing around talking my food just sitting there.
Not only did I take a video I took pictures showing the literally were doing nothing drive through empty lobby obviously empty because you guys close early which was in the big deal. I would not come back to this location ever my nuggets were burnt my fries were cold absolutely the worst service I've ever received at McDonald's. I'm going to post a video on social media and let's see what everyone else says about this crappy McDonald's because I know I'm not the only one.

Fed up with McDonalds. Their lobby is closed at 7? When it is open they practically block their employees off from the lobby. It feels more and more like the restaurant version of a vending machine. If you have an issue good luck getting someone. They started blocking off view between the lobby and the kitchen. I ended up leaving without ordering and I’m glad I did.
