I wish there was a no star option. Customer service is awful and very slow. We wanted breakfast got in line at 10:20am they took so long that when we got to the speaker at exactly 10:30am they longer were serving breakfast. Save your time and drive to the one across town.

The food is all good but the prices are ridiculous! Eay too expensive, $4.79 for a Lil baby McDouble! They should be $1.50 maybe $2.00. I honestly don't eat at McDonald's anymore, haven't in years. I'll go to Red Robin and pay less.

Staff is extremely rude, very unhelpful and they profile people. There is also an issue with the mobile ordering yesterday and they pretty much told everybody that they spoke with the owner and he said he wasn't going to do anything about it so everybody just had to wait not get their food and get their money returned on their card at whatever point it happened and oh well. They were not interested at all in any type of compensation or anything else for that matter. They could care less. They didn't even have any interest in having their tech team have a pop up on the mobile app saying that there was technical issues and mobile app is unusable at this moment. For some reason they are more expensive than the other McDonald's in town.
I used my mobile app here and there system was down the person in the drive through had a bad attitude about it. This was my worst McDonald's experience by far just from the way the employee handled the situation.
