Placed order though app and was charged, drove across town, waited in car for over 30 minutes as app kept saying "order is almost ready", only to find out you are closed. Many others sat there and waited too only to find out you were closed after placing order. Contacted corporate and days later still cant get a refund. This is nothing short of theft.
Ordered through their app on christmas eve at around 6:45 and paid for my order. Arrived at the store at 7:02pm to all of the doors being locked and drive thru blocked I could see employees were still inside cleaning. I told the manager there that they had already taken my money and if they aren't going to give me my order to please refund me my money the manager said it's not his problem and shut the window. I guess Merry Christmas to me lol. Also there was about 8 other people in the parking lot complaining of the same thing. Thanks for stealing our money on christmas eve

They got my whole order wrong. Gave me a 6 pc instead of a 10 pc then a water instead of a sprite then gave me a mccrispy instead of a mcchicken it’s not that hard to get one order right when it’s on a screen right infront of you

Big Mac new sauce improves the burger, although we buy buy one burger with second one for $1. We go less often because of price and spend as little as possible.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is definitely wheelchair accessible. Also, no more gauntlet of homeless to fight through. They are gone

The cow that takes the orders in the back is always rude, the guy named Johnny was really disgusting and called my girl names . lucky I ain’t show up there !he took her food back just cause he couldn’t do his job right … my girl had to throw it all away cause she didn’t trust it .. the hash brown that JOHNNY forget to put in there was not done anyways … they were complaining about not making enough nor getting raises and honestly none of them workers deserve a raise .. those grown adults need to find real jobs and let the children work there like it was mean to be !!

McDonald's management:
I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The management seems completely disorganized. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it took forever to get my order. When I finally got my food, it was cold and not what I ordered. The dining area was dirty, and no one seemed to be taking care of it. Overall, very poor management and service. I won't be coming back.

Have been here many times in the new location in front of Winco. Only stop here beacuse it is convenient. Food is so so. Help and service is not good. Rude and like they are doing you a favor. White City McDonalds is our go to spot. Very clean and organized. Stop by the one in White City, North Medford or on Mc Andrews. You are not the only game in town. Theirs are cleaner and the food is much fresher and better also. Take a hint as I know those 3 are run by a family that cares about their customers. I could refill my drink 10 times and no one would care or say a word. They have a very dedicated customer base and this is why.
This one has had the Soda Fountain closed up since covid. They are the only McDonalds I have ever been to that do not have refills on drinks. You can see the soda machine hiding behind a mobile curtain in the lobby. Who do they think they are fooling. Open it back up for refils and quit being so cheap. Also teach a customer basd attitude to your help. You are not the only game in town!
