Great Thai food, big portions. Now next to Garrison's and Home Depot on Grove Road. Proprietor said the move is permanent. Sign on old location says they moved. Food truck in a parking lot, not as picturesque as old location.
Food still amazing.

Million Thai is my favorite restaurant in Southern Oregon. I come here with my mom almost weekly. It’s always a tough debate between ordering the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew, they’re both so delicious and served in such great portions! If you have yet to try Million Thai, you’re missing out.

Phenomenal. Best Thai food in the valley, and it isn’t even close.
Out in the country, no traffic, lovely people. Must go here if you haven’t yet and support this wonderful place. The Pad See Ew is absolutely incredible, as is their green curry.
Great place, great portion of quality food. I got the vegetable pad thai. A great deal for interstate travel. Good & multiple servings worth.
My niece and I and a friend went to get food here. They get very large portions and the food was tasty. I had the. Pad say ew. I misspelled that, but it stirfried noodles with tofu. My niece had the same thing but with chicken and really liked it. The portions are big enough to share or to save and have for like two or three meals. I also got papaya salad, but I was Not impressed because it had fried pork with it, but that was only because I misread the menu I thought when I read the special that it was two separate entrées when I ordered the papaya salad and didn’t realize it came with fried pork we ate outside under the gazebo, but I’m just letting everyone know this is more of a pick up and to go type place there is no restroom facilities. It’s just a food cart in what feels like the middle of nowhere. The staff is very friendly though, and the food is very good
We love and crave Million Thai

Amazing hole in the wall spot. Some say it's a food truck, true, but it's so much more than that. The drunken noodles were divine.

Wow! I've been meaning to go to Million Thai for two years but dragged my feet. Big mistake! Huge! My wife and I just went and tried a noodle dish (pad see ew w/ shrimp), a curry (yellow, with shrimp), and the new crispy pork basil (crispy pork belly stir fry). The flavors of each dish were so deep, so rich, so intense, we still can't stop talking about it hours later. This is the best Thai food in or near Medford. Kin Thai is also tremendous, though I prefer their specials to their standard Thai dishes. For straightforward, delicious Thai dishes, Million Thai can't be beat. Be warned that it's a food truck, not a sit-down restaurant, though there are a couple of tables for dining there. The prices are more than reasonable. Our three dishes, bagged, felt like they weighed ten pounds. You'll walk away smiling but not hungry.
This is take out only but the food is worth it.
This unassuming little roadside stop serves up some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. They have a limited menu but it’s definitely quality over quantity. We got the Pad See Ew with Chicken and the red curry with veggies and washed it down with a refreshing thai iced tea. All of this was eaten at their picnic table at sundown with a beautiful view of the valley!
I live for these secret spots and this place did not disappoint! I will definitely be going back
The last 2 times it’s not been good…
They’ve changed quality of ingredients or recipe. I can’t pay $17+ per plate on a food truck that continues to disappoint and decline quality
Down a long road, set against the striking cliffs of East Phoenix, there is a trailer where dreams come true and kindness pours forth like honey. Best thai food in the valley, simple menu, you can't go wrong with this superb place.
