We used to go to this restaurant for years and loved! we used to go a least once per week. Over the years they had so much turnover with staffing and slowly went down to be a horrible place. Last time we went in was June 2025. We went for our son graduation. It was a huge disappointment. The portion was extra small they took ventage of being a large group. The service was awful š. Thank goodness we got another amazing restaurant in medford Tekkamaki that is way better and now our favorite. I wish the best for misoya but we won't ever go back there. Do not waste your money. All the 1 star reviews are 100% correct.

A delicious lil sushi spot in downtown Medford! We enjoyed flavorful edamane as an appetizer then shared a house salad. The house salad has a delicious homemade dressing. Our specialty sushi rolls were amazing! We ordered the Summertime Roll and the Dragon Roll. Absolutely so good! Can't wait to go back!

I have been here twice, and everything has been incredible. The kimchi stew, spicy chicken ramen, and nigiri are the best Iāve had. Definitely worth the visit any time Iām in Medford.

Wife and I decided to order sushi for delivery out in Ruch. Was extremely fresh. There was care in the way it was prepared and presented. Definitely our go to for our rare lazy nights off together.
Loved this place! I originally went for the Tuna Tataki but I ended up loving the King Kong roll much more. The gyoza and chicken karage were both good as well. I will definitely be returning to try more of the menu.

I ordered the yakasoba and the portions were good. My brother ordered the bulgogi beef and there was barely any meat. When you have more than 7 there is an 18% gratuity which is fine but our waiter was super rude and it seemed like she didn't care because she knew she was getting a tip

Awful service. We ordered take out, and on arrival it was the wrong order, they added on items we didnāt want, and when asked to correct the order the employee threw our food in the garbage in front of us and told us to leave.

the manager āSUCKEDā she was serving us at first and with a group of 4 but we only had two sets of chopsticks. we asked politely for two more sets and received attitude instead, and she never gave us the sticks. another server came to us and was a little better but still not up to par. at the start we said weāll split our bill four ways and again towards the end, we received 3 checks, NOT four, and so we asked to use cash first for one of the checks and the rest of the check on card. 8 minutes later the manager and the guy both came and she explained to us with attitude that they could not do that and it would have to be either cash OR card we asked if they could cancel it and redo it to split four ways and she straight up said no and i ended up giving my cash to my friend and he used a different card that he didnāt budget for. the experience āSHITā
