I can get a gluten free, cauliflower crust that isn't bad. I order online, save my favorite selections and order it again with the tap of a button. They will have it ready for me in 15 minutes, most days.

Always cold in the store. Bring in a thick jacket if you want to eat here. They claim to prioritize people over pizza but make all the instore customer Wait longer before dashers. Being in the food business that also has online orders its a known thing to always prioritize the In store customer. But the pizza is good.

Staff is very cordial and the pizza is excellent. What more do you need? Corn. You should put corn on your pizza when you go there next. And don't underestimate the power of Ricotta cheese. It's so soft. Don't you like soft? And let's not forget the garlic bread they make. It's a meal in of itself so you better have someone to help you eat it. Or don't, they will happily give you a takeout box. Free stickers!

The price/value doesn't add up for me at this place. It cost over $50 to feed 4...I liked the pizza, but I feel that what you get for the price isn't worth it. The people working at this location seemed like they would rather be doing something else, not really engaged in customer service.

Great pizza but lousy delivery service. Both times we ordered two pizzas and both times only received one. We were offered a 2nd delivery, but with people waiting to eat dinner, and the length of time to get a delivery, I asked for a refund. A month and a half later, STILL NOTHING. Their pizzas aren't THAT good! I will order and eat out at a different business in the future - there are other great pizzas in Medford.

This MOD is "temporarily closed". I an not sure if this another one of my favorites that have bit the dust like Matzalan, R & D, Tin Tin and Bricktowne to name a few.

Honestly kinda upset that I asked right away and at the end for the sweet mama peppers on my Calexico and didn't get any and barely any chicken whatsoever. I also got a whole other pizza asking for chicken and mushrooms and got neither as well. Asked multiple times. Found 3 hairs on pizzas as well as one in the ranch. Probably not going here again. Very upset.

This location was packed! The service was great! They were polite even though it was absolutely no stop! And pizza was great! Even with the noise and wearing masks they got the order spot on! It was fast and very clean for the volume of traffic!
Love this place. I'm lactose intolerant and they have a vegan cheese and when I order for delivery I always see a note saying lactose intolerant, I put it in on my order as special instructions, and almost every time they note on the paper the pizza is on for a new cutter and change gloves. It's a small thing but I appreciate it so much. Pizza tastes great too.

I placed an online order for pick up, I got delayed at work (in the medical field)my patient ran late. I came to pick up my pizza which had been sitting there for quite a while at this point like 30 minutes, the assistant manager said "oh your order is been here for a while let me remake it for you". He was so helpful and it was just a really nice way to end my stressful long day great job dude!!! Haven't had good customer service like that in a while. I'll definitely be back to this location
