I really like this take on pizza, but I’d prefer a touch pad menu. The staff are always distracted and you have to repeat yourself a lot, they act way busier than the line reflects. The pizza itself is really good though, and I love all their ingredient choices.

Management should close its doors until they can hire more staff!! Absolutely disastrous with a 40 minute wait. Finally, a third employee came in, ...put his dirty T-shirt on at the cash register to start helping. Not the employees fault - obviously the place has serious management issues.

The crew tonight decided to turn off Uber Eats early and turn off all the phones early so I could not even order at 10:20 PM when they close at 11 PM I think the whole crew should be

I have a mixed review for this MOD. Came twice, 1 week apart. The first time was ok to MOD standards - not outstanding tho. But the 2nd time, obviously with a different crew, was disappointing. The pizza was poorly made with skimpy ingredients, staff lacked the MOD cheerfulness, tables/chairs dirty with grease and food debris.

Visited Mod on the South side and was treated to a great pizza, which seemed a little larger than normal Mod-sized. Ordered on the app and then ate in store. Thanks, Mod!
I łove Mod...but will pass on this location in the future. The cheesy bread was burnt and lopsided. It didn't fit in the box and the person who jammed it in didn't seem to care. And that wasn't the worst part. The pizza was so burnt and the crust was so thin. It crumbled in my hand. Totally unedible. I just threw it away.

One the worst Mod Pizza locations I’ve ever been to. Waited in the line over 20mjns just to order my pizza. Only one guy was working and the other 3 were just standing there watching him. Had a line all the way to door but no one seemed to care. I would avoid this place and maybe go to a different location.
