First off I have been ordering pizzas from Morrtons, at least once a month for the past six plus years. The pizzas have without exception have been cooked to perfection and tasted great. . I have always pickup my pizza. When I arrive I am pleasantly greeted and my pie is shown to me before I leave. This happens every visit. Until last night. I was greeted pleasantly as always, gave my name and was handed a box. I was not shown my pizza, but I really didn't think anything of it until I got home. I opened the box to find a burnt pizza with several slices jammed to one side. Toppings were unevenly distributed and it looked awful. The taste of the unburnt pieces was mediocre at best . Very disappointing. My question is, what happened? Has there been an ownership change or kitchen staff mass exodus? I'm hoping this is a one time glitch. I'm anxious to hear from others who have recently dined there.

My 1st day here, my drink cost me $8.25. On my 2nd day. My drink cost me $10.25. On the 3rd day. My drink cost me $11.25. I think i'd rather go somewhere where the prices are consistent.Also on the 3rd day the drink tasted like it had no alcohol in it.

I really enjoy this place of phenomenal people I worked with and the value of service they give is very amazing! I can say, they are the family you really wanna have around you when making your food. Customer service over the phone is professional. Come on dine in or even order delivery online or over the phone. Quality of Service THEY SHOW!! They will deliver to you or you can pick it up. Find that you're ever In Medford, near North Phoenix Road. COME WALK ON IN during business hours and feel the atmosphere of Morrtons. . EXPERIENCE IT YOUR SELF!

Took the family and sat outside for dinner. Wasn't half bad. Service was good,food was pretty good, but the 3 stars if for an additional charge for using my debit card. I mean, it's 2023 and that's like charging by the text message still. Not the best way to end a rather good experience.

There was no.meat on the burger. The service was worse than the food. When it is necessary to yell to gain the attention of the server, it's all downhill. We have eaten here a dozen times to watch football and the food and service has deteriorated each time. We will not come back.

My buddy and I went to Morton's after riding Prescott Peak on our mountain bikes and had a pitcher of beer and a service of potato fries. The beer was cold and good. The fries were great. However, the atmosphere sucked. There were golfers getting drunk and loud and using the "F" word in every sentence. My buddy and I couldn't even hold a conversation. A couple came in at the end of our pitcher and couldn't even talk through them. I mentioned to the server to check their ID before they left. He didn't. They were drunk and toasted and should not have driven anywhere. The service was great. The food was great. The allowance of the single syllable words and how loud it was, nope. It was just five guys being so loud and, obviously, over intoxicated. They shouldn't have been allowed to drive.
