Just grabbed lunch with my co-workers. We went back to the office, which is less than 5 minutes away. The bottoms of the paper 2-go containers were so soaked from the beans and salsa, that the they all collapsed. Called to let them know, and they told me that's how it goes. WOW! The incompetence...and the lack of caring....is SAD! Will NEVER go back.

We will never go back! We used to love Mucho Gustos but today was the last day. I get three things in my burrito bowl, four, if you count the three pieces of cilantro I was given. The rice,maybe a quarter of a cup, chicken was about a quarter of a cup. I asked if I could have a little bit more since I can't have ant lettuce, cheeses, pico, avocado or any dressings. I was told no because their cost of chicken has gone up. I also got about an eighth of a cup of cabbage. I tried to weight my to go container when I got home and it wouldn't even register. For the $20 I paid for dinner for myself and my hubby, I can go make my own for much less and have enough for lunch the next day. #LGB

My wife stopped in to buy us dinner. She ordered a burrito bowl. The container was only about 2/3 full. She asked for more chicken and was asked if she wanted double chicken, of course at an upcharge. At the register she was told "they are just following orders " and that prices are going up !! We used to love this place... never again !!

First time trying Mucho Gusto and honestly disappointed. My mom ordered 2 nacho bowls and 1 burrito, neither of the bowls had and kind of chips and the burrito was cold on one half and the other half was like warm. I opened the other half and from what I could tell they had put all the guacamole on the bottom portion of it which turned everything cold and within seconds the of eating it the whole burrito was cold, somehow the juices from it even got cold which just made it even worse and we are barely 5 minutes away not to mention it tasted as if they used a Walmart taco seasoning packet on the meat. All and all mucho gusto is a terrible place to get food from and we won't ever be getting anything from there again.

It was quick, everyone was really nice, great variety (vegetarian to meat) delish!

If you're broke this is the place for you. You can get a massive burrito (like the size of a human baby) and chips for less than $8. Way better than Chipotle. The sauces and salsas are so yummy and flavorful and I love the tofu! The staff are great too.

My husband and I both had steak burritos portion sizes were large and they came with chips and salsa. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We were just passing through - but we’ll mark this as a favorite for future road trips.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Whole wheat burrito tortillas available. Tofu available and choice of beans. Guacamole was good.

Holy. A good walk to better food. At first glance it looks like a subway but as soon as the staff greets you you feel at home.Food 10/10. Highly recommended guys and gals.

Honestly very disappointed in the way that they are never open during typical dinner time. If they are consistently closing early then they should change their hours. I love this place so much yet everytime I try to go they are open online yet closed. Just wish they could post the hours.

For what it is, the Subway of Mexican food, it was excellent! Everything was fresh and you can choose what to have and what not to have. I highly recommend the bowls... delish!!

This is my favorite restaurant! Always fresh and very reasonable prices with large portions. Employees are always pleasant and well groomed. I'll be back for sure. ❤️

I'm not a big fan of fast food, but this place is pretty great! They buy completely fresh and whole produce and you can literally watch em grab it and cut it up for your meal, this isn't fast food because it's low quality they just make sure to have menu items that are quick and easy to prepare so you end up with high quality ingredients super quickly for an affordable meal!!
