Every time I've been there the food is usually rather flavorless and the meat is chewy and tough.

The server was very rude and didn’t try to help with paying the bill. I’m a sr and expected a discount as she said she would but didn’t know how to change it on the bill but to remind her when I paid. Now a couple bucks isn’t going to break me but arguing with me because I didn’t look my age and didn’t believe when I showed her my drivers license. For the lousy food and paying 18 bucks is more than I would want to pay for only eating a cup of hot and sour soup. If the food was decent I wouldn’t mind paying the price. I won’t be going back. Mainly because of the food

BAD. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a buffet. Absolutely horrible. They need professionals to come in and correct them on food, service and sanitization. The food was not hot. The sushi was terrible. The unagi for the sushi was posion in a bottle. It tasted like it had a gallon of salt and rubbing alcohol in it. The bottle itself made me cringe. Like it had never been washed. The spoons to dish your food were in the same condition. Most of the staff was in a daze except the most lovely little waitress who was the only enthusiastic one in the entire restaurant. They need to shut down, deep clean, prepare fresh ingredients every day. And get all metal long spoons. Easier to clean. Buy your unagi from Bi-Mart. The big thirty dollar bottle and a brand new bottle to hold it. Toss everything and start over. I became violently ill not an hour later. I will never eat here again.

I went in there on a Sunday with my girlfriend daughter cause we had a hankering for some Chinese food; they have lots of choices. I went mad on the rice and kung pao chicken cause I'm a simple man and I don't need much. The only issue was that the fro yo machine didn't work but otherwise, as soon as you walk in, you can tell it's gonna be good Chinese grub you've come to love throughout your career as Chinese cuisine consumer. I'd definitely return, if I was in the area, and was hungry for Chinese.

1010 buffet was horrible I don't even want to give him a star, they stared at me while I was eating like I was going to take their food and put it in my pocket and walk out. There was food there that was out too long under the heat lamp. I live in Klamath Falls and I was just in Medford for the day I got home after eating lunch there about 4:00 and I came home by the time I got home I was throwing up. I called back to tell the lady you know she said is if it was true and I really went to the hospital I should take the papers to her all the way from Klamath Falls and prove to her I threw up and she'd refund my $35 it was the worst place I ever ate. Don't go to t i n t i n. You'll get sick too.

I went there with my kiddos and It was completely inedible!! The food was cold no flavor, my kid almost broke her tooth on the potstickers. The sushi was inedible. If you guys don't like food poisoning don't go to this restaurant. We only ate two bites of our food and left.
Food is delicious, hot and wonderful- less selection than years prior after covid, as I've been coming to this restaurant for almost ten years.. but it's to be expected as they are one of the only buffets left! Best time of day is dinner buffet! More seafood options! Everything is delicious, servers are nice and the ambience is delightful! The negative reviews don't reflect how great this place is.

Easily in the top 3 worst places I have ever eaten. The rice is wet, the noodles are wet, the chicken is soggy and cold, the General TSO chicken was made with straight ketchup! The lettuce in the salad bar even tasted funny like rotten fish! I can't believe this place is even in business. I wouldn't even feed this garbage to my dog! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

This place was alright. I'm not sure if their steamers just weren't hot enough ir what, but none of the food we got was warm, and that was really disappointing. The koi pond was beautiful and there was good seating. However, the cold food just ruined it for us. We also entered a drawing to win this air purifier or gift card, and had a sales person trying to sell us a super expensive rainbow show up. This was not disclosed at all so that was a bit frustrating.
