The staff was very nice, the food was so so. Mongolian Beef and the Salmon were great. I was really excited to see the shrimp in the hot bar, but my first bite was mushy, and I had to spit it in my napkin. Hubby ate his shrimp and tried many other dishes, and ended up with bad indigestion for most of the rest of the day. Usually, it's me that has a sensitive stomach, but I guess I was more choosy this time!

Its great that there's still a buffet for folks to enjoy. Some days good food, other days , not so. The worst experience about this place is that theres something bad about the food. Don't know if others have the same experience, but I would say almost everytime after we eat there, IT ALL comes out within an hour!? Be aware and make sure there's a toilet available after you eat here.

Went here with my husband and everything was awful. I grew up going to Asian buffets and this is by far the worst one. It’s dingy, unclean, the food is cold, stale and flavorless. The staff was awful. They hardly looked us in the eye and were rude. I ate one plate and was done. After I had icecream that was also bad. Was in and out within 45 minutes.

No one comes to clean the table or give out refills. Even worse price for lunch and dinner is same at 20$ with drink. So i was expecting dinner quality food during lunch hours. However line of food was empty and other quality of food was just bad. The restaurant looked nice though.

The California rolls were finally done way after I got there so filled up on other food didn't have time to wait, very disappointed plus items on the table, salt pepper shakers etc, are filthy

My wife and I were on vacation in Medford and were looking for a quick place to sit down and eat.
We have eaten at a lot of restaurants, but this made it to the very top of our “don’t go back” list
The selection was extremely small the food was cold, and the service was terrible, and overall the atmosphere was unpleasant.
So much food, $20 a person for All you can eat Buffett ?

Complete with a new face lift this seemingly innocent location is far from what it appears to be. I have been several times with varying results from suspected food poisoning to not bad, however this last, and I say last visit as an absolute, was egregious. I went right at opening to get fresh food and was served dishes that were ranging from luke warm to flat out cold. The proteins were a disgusting cavalcade of disappointment. Some were day old and stringy while others were mush that had a fishy residual after taste. The rice tasted like it had been sitting since the buffet recycled it from the day before and the fried food was heavy handed in the breading to hide the reduced portions of meat. The veggies were borderline to wilty and were probably past their use before perishing date as a base line. Even the sushi, which wasn't even served until 40 minutes after they opened was disgusting. All of the protein inside the over cooked cement textured rice was not fresh which was evident from the odor that was plain to smell from two feet away on my table..this place was a prime example of a disconnect between profit and quality..it was an expensive little piece of potential botulism. I felt sorry for the employees who were most likely under paid by a robot like hostess whom I can only assume was the owner. Just don't go...it's a crap shoot between a hospital visit and a sub par meal.
