Just want owner to know. If you don't tip for whatever reason you have at least one employee that doesn't put the lids on your drinks. It seems like the service should be excellent regardless and you tip when you can. That isn't the case though.

This place was absolutely incredible. Best smoothies ever and I’ve spent all week trying to recreate the pumpkin smoothie bowl. I think the magic ingredient is carrot juice?? Anyways absolutely fantastic and I’d literally drive through Medford again just to go here.
