Me and my best friend had the best service tonight. JR was such an attentive server, very kind and funny, I highly recommend him as a server and we will definitely be back for the food. 10/10

The kitchen is a little too 'fast.'
My table ordered entrees and not even 5 minutes later we were served our main courses. For us to actually have the time to enjoy our soup and salad meant that our main courses had to grow cold.
We did complain about this to our waitress, as it felt rude, like the restaurant was trying to rush our meal. She said something along the lines of 'Sorry, our kitchen is very fast tonight.'
We also all ordered Fettucine Alfredo and some of the sauce was dried when it was served... leading me to believe that these plates were 'finished' before we even ordered. 'Fast'? More like they premade one of their most popular dishes (I admit it does make a lot of sense) and left it under a heat lamp.
Anyway, now I know that if I want fresher food next time, that takes longer, maybe I shouldn't order Fettuccine Alfredo but something more customized?

Edit: I do want to add that our waitress was super kind throughout, as well as the other lady who served our main courses.

This is the first time I am writing a review. So disappointed for the first time we were seated at 5:20 ordered right away no later then 5:30 where we were seated there was only 2 tables when sat down and they were about done in no time they filled 5 tables all the while. We watch the other tables being served and even saw 2 finish and leave and we waited and waited and by 6:15 we were served and one order was wrong, so they took it back and fixed it by the time it came we were done and just wanted to leave so our was box up we paid and left!! Again, so disappointed! check #820217 And it was my Birthday today I might get out to dinner a couple times a year so BUMMED!

The Shrimp Frito misto appetizer was great. The ravioli was very good.

This is the third time we’ve placed a to-go order and it wasn’t ready on time. Each time, we’ve ended up waiting about 40 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. We were told to wait in our car for someone to bring the order out, only to end up having to go inside and get it ourselves because we had been forgotten.

This was an issue when we lived here before, and after moving to a larger city where this never happened, it’s disappointing to return and experience the same problem at the same location again. We truly enjoy Olive Garden’s food, but the way this location is managed doesn’t reflect the quality of the restaurant.

We hope these concerns are addressed so we can continue enjoying Olive Garden. Otherwise, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Great service prices were fair. But you don't get the garlic and oil for your bread anymore.

All in all is was pretty good. However, I asked for penned pasta and was brought out spaghetti noodles, and it was only then I was told they didn't have any penne.
I'm pretty sure that was a lie, because I don't know what kind of Italian restaurant wouldn't have penne pasta. That said, still tasted good.
