Gourmet Tacos reimagined, the menu is funky fresh compared to other food carts around Medford. Something about the pickled onions and the flavors he uses made this an unforgettable experience. I will be back. My only complaint being the prices but I also understand you can't make the best Tacos in town with cheap ingredients.A++

I was visiting from the NY area and was looking for quality meal on the go. I came across Ooblies and decided t lo give it a try. So far my food experiences in South OR have not been impressive/memorable. I ordered a Classic with a side of fries and was very happy with the sandwich. They seem to do a diligent job in prepping and being ready for orders in order to deliver quality without a long wait time. Who cares about Popeyes chicken sandwich, go check out Ooblies! I will be back and would recommend Ooblies to anyone looking for a good quick meal without having to resort to a fast food option. Customer service is also on point and very polite. Thanks!

I stopped by today to try the Mother Clucker waffle sandwich. I had overheard a guy raving about it at a local watering hole, he said it was the best, spiciest sandwich he’d ever had and could recommend it enough. I love spicy food so I figured I’d give it a shot. I stepped up and ordered a Mother Clucker, sweet tea, and an order of waffle fries. You can get the Mother Clucker regular or extra hot. Initially I said I wanted extra hot but the nice guy taking my order suggested I try regular and then add heat from there. He was spot on. This is a spicy sandwich (hotter than sriracha in my opinion), but it is so dang good! I didn’t end up adding any extra spice to it. It was perfect. It is very simple: perfectly cooked plain waffle, perfectly fried and sauced chicken, and tart dill pickle slices. That’s it. I was worried the waffles would fall apart but they were excellent at structural integrity and even soaked up some hot sauce making them spicy as well. The fries were amazing too! Perfectly crisp, huge order (around a pound of fries, wish they were smaller), with a great seasoning on them. Homemade sweet tea was the perfect compliment to the heat and salt. Well done folks, well done.

Super generous portions of chicken in the Ooblie OG Chix. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and fried just right. And that cider slaw...mm, fresh and pickly. The waffle could have been a little more sweet - that would have paired perfectly. But the real star of the show in this sandwich is that chicken, yum.
