In my opinion my experience there was very unpleasant and uncomfortable There was a lady there she was very mean and rude and i would like you too make her experience very bad.

we went in to buy a hot dog we wanted four they only had one the lady when she finally came out of the back was rude the hot dog bun was hard as a rock the hot dog was small like three times smaller than it used to be definitely and never be back to this place no wonder they're going out of business

What a treat to find a dedicated Orange Julius stand—not a Dairy Queen combo, but a full, standalone store. For those of us who came of age in the '80s, this place is pure nostalgia. One sip of that frothy, citrusy goodness and I was instantly transported back to my teenage days at Springfield Mall in Virginia, hanging out with friends and soaking in the carefree mall culture of the time.

It’s rare to find something so unchanged by time. This little corner of the Rogue Valley Mall keeps that sweet tradition alive, and I’m glad it’s still around to bring back the memories.

5/11/24 around 5~6:40 went to get a smoothie. The short black haired girl with her eyelash extensions falling off her face took my order. She approached me w the NASTIEST attitude i have ever experienced from a fast food worker. sitting in the corner face glued to her phone. probably why she was so rude bc she was busy on her phone and didn’t want to work. i wish i got her name. truly disrespectful and honestly i can live without going here again.

One girl, one guy working. Acted like we were intruding on their time and we were a nuisance to them. Please hire people who want to work.

Two girls working tonight…they acted like we were bothering them when we just wanted a drink. So incredibly unenthusiastic when they could easily make it an enjoyable experience. Disappointing…

This location doesnt open till 11 am even though employees are present .

Health code violation! I saw employee pull out cell phone and play on it. Then walked over to ice and stuck her hands in. Never washed hands and she didn't have gloves. Disgusting! Disgusting!
