The customer service needs better training. They don't know how they can attend us or take our order. We ask for teriyaki chicken, and they served burned pieces. Also, they don't have teriyaki sauce to serve with the chicken. ??? No chop stick, and again they guy who was attending us wasn't kind.

Had 1 piece of steak in my pepper steak and the vegetables where raw. The eggrolls where over cooked and cold the girl was rude when I asked for teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken. She said no and I said but we ordered teriyaki chicken it comes with sauce. She then handed me 1 packet for 3 orders of chicken. And the girl next to her just laughed. Super unprofessional. Will never be going back

Mobile orders are never on time and food is greasy and sub par co.pared to the north Medford location. If you want Panda and live in south Medford take the extra couple minutes to go to the North location.

I went through LINE and ordered broccoli beef. It was not made and I would have to wait so she talked me into chicken and green beans which I thought sounded great. However I pulled over to eat them. There was no chicken in there in the beans were really cold and only had onion which i hate onions. I went in and talked to a young kid and told him these beans are cold. There’s no chicken and she talked me into this because you were out of broccoli and beef at the moment. I did not know there was onions in here. I do not like this,i would like my original order of broccoli and beef. you found me two little minis of chicken only and I said to him why are you giving me this? I’m requesting broccoli in beef. He said I don’t know that’s what they said to do. I was very upset so I just left. I wasn’t gonna make more of a scene it was embarrassing enough to have to go in and say something. This is the second time I’ve gone thru drive thru and the food has been cold. If there was an option for no stars, I would do no stars.

The cashier man on register was very friendly and welcoming. Food was very good this time compare to three months ago. Rice is perfectly cooked. Chicken was nice and tender. All veggies were juicy and fresh. Whole team was very organized and working as team spirit. Loved it.

Ordered beef broccoli with power greens. I received a small bowl of undercooked broccoli, a couple of small pieces of beef and some undercooked cabbage on the bottom. Terrible, overpriced “meal”! Won’t be going back! They also made mistakes with my wife’s and daughter’s meals. Huge disappointment!

consistently skimped or missing things. the other location in medford is much better.

We went for lunch and they had us wait 6 mins for the meat to be cooked and when we got what we thought what's going to be fresh meat was cold. And we didn't get the extra bejing sauce on the meat like asked for.
