Hire more people or close your location to walk ins. This location is incapable of handling high volume. Car lines into the road. If you choose to go inside. You will watch 4-5 people get their uber eats order infront of you. They will say "5 minutes pull around" and make you wait up to 20 minutes, in a parking lot with no reserved spaces. The handicap spot is reserved for the disabled, not hungry customers. If you can't handle the volume don't take online orders. You're torturing your staff because some desk jockie thinks you can make some extra pennies. Just absolutely unexceptable. If you're a giant corporation, you fix these issues and not make excuses. Whoever is that restaurants manager should quit. Not be fired, if you don't quit something that wretched out of shame. You should stay away from managment.

Super slow, it took around 30mins to take an order with a small queue (4 people in front of us). The server is rude, no respect or politeness despite stayed in the line with patience. Ordered item is not there, it took another 10+mins to cook and serve. All in all, not a worth to visit if you are in hurry, I would avoid this branch for now.

After we ordered our food it still took about 15 min to get our food. I ordered Kung pao chicken and asked for extra nuts, they said the food was made up before hand. Normally it has bell peppers, onion, water chestnut, and other veggies this one had 5 peppers. No onions mushrooms nothing. I will not return there.

This was one of the best meals we have had at a Panda Express. Chow mein and fried rice had actually lots of veggies. What we each ordered was very fresh and delicious.

Very slow lazy people. They always leave condiments off my order even though it was requested. This is one of the worst restaurant here in Medford. Expect losey service.

WORST PANDA EXPERIENCE EVER, I GOT 3-5 PIECES OF CHICKEN IN MY WHOLE BIGGER plate. I came to the restaurant and the lobby was closed, we went to drive through, and the noodles were not as good and as you can see in the photos there is almostno chicken served in the whole plate only the noodles which were also disappointing.In the photo only the noodles can be seen no chicken.

Don’t come here during the last hour of the night unless you want overcooked and dry orange chicken, and most of the time it’s so old and dry it ends up breaking my fork anytime I stab into it to get a piece.

It's always disappointing but healthier than other fast food options. They hardly ever have Super Greens or String Bean Chicken and it is useless to even review because this place is a corporation and still making a lot of money because we all go here and accept low standards of how to be treated as human beings. The other location in Medford is worse.

The wife and I stopped here to get some nourishment on the way home from California.The food was not very flavorful compared to what it usually is. I am not gonna comment on the service. Because I am old school and I think I smile goes a long ways. The place was very clean. The restrooms are very clean. I would definitely come back and try to give an update. I do enjoy Grants Pass.

Unfortunately my experience with this location wasn't great. Was waiting for food for 40+ minutes despite making a call in. Plus they got my order incorrect. Even though i got an apology. I still left the establishment unsatisfied. Please note the location was not busy at the time of placing and waiting for the order.

Do not order pick up from this location. I wouldn't recommend going here right now since they're under construction. Pick-up orders are told to park and call. No one answers..Waited and waited with several others. One order had came out in the first 15 minutes. The drive-thru had over 20 cars in it. While I do understand they're going through construction, it should be stated on their website that this is going to cause delays. My order (kids orange chicken, and a plate w/orange chicken. 2 items.) was supposed to be ready at 6:35. The time I arrived. I didn't leave until 7 pm and after picking up, I received a text at 7:15 that my order was ready. The drive-thru cleared out fairly quickly so I'd highly recommend ordering that way instead. The food was not great tonight. Normally, we don't have many issues. The girl bringing pick-up orders said she was all alone...why isn't someone from the drive-thru helping!? I've had some wait during pick-up orders from them before, but at least you're allowed inside. Now you're expected to wait at the door out front for someone to come out and ask your name..so you can wait 25 minutes until your order comes out.

I made an on-line order for pick up at 5:40 pm on 02/05/2024 at the Center Dr location, only to find the restaurant dining room closed for re-modeling. The only way to get the order was to wait in line in the drive-thru, which created it's own mini traffic jam. 27 minutes later I had my order - cold and old, and disappointing. I don't blame the young employees trying to deal with this disaster in real time. The blame lies squarely with management, who should have seen this coming and, at least, had a plan for dispensing on-line orders.

When we showed up , there was no line. We ordered right after our coworkers, and they had us pull up and wait for our 4 bigger plates. A line started to form in the drive-through, and after 20 minutes, we got our food, and all the orders were incorrect. We paid extra for their premium entrees and got 4 plates with orange chicken and chow mein. We didn't even notice because half our lunch went by, and we took off. If you have a big-ish order, don't go here. You'll get scammed
