I called this store July 29th at 7:45 pm and spoke with a lady named Valery. I called to ask if I could speak with a manager because I had a couple questions about their hiring process. I’m just going to get to the point. Valery told me there were no managers working that day and then she ended the call. I called back to ask a couple more questions and she hung up on me mid sentence. I called a third time because I was still hoping she would answer my questions and she yells “THANK YOU FOR CALLING PANDA” in an aggressive tone. I asked for her name and then she put the call on mute. I am astonished by how disrespectful Valerie treated me on that phone call. I didn’t know panda express was hiring toddlers but now that I know that I’ll have my two-year-old apply on, indeed.

Orange chicken tasted very nasty, it was not made correctly or something it was very sour. It was unbearable. I was not even able to get a refund either due to them not having a manager working.

I'm pretty sure the company is racially biased. Several positions have been open for a while now and I've applied to all positions with a background in supervisor and cook positions, they just seem to only hire Mexicans that don't always speak English. with that many open positions available someone should have claimed those positions already

Spent my whole lunch waiting in line to not be served. Or acknowledge at all. You need to train your teens better. And employees a door dash order can wait. I work at sportsman's next door I've never been treated bad like this. I'm always nice. Guess I'll start eating lunch elsewhere
