Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I appreciate that I can order and pay via a phone app, so it's ready, waiting, and paid for when I get there. The app saves past orders and payment methods, making it super convenient. They also offer savings/discounts for repeat customers that are saved and applied within the app without having to find and enter codes. I think the fresh pizzas baked at home taste better than most Pizza Restaurant pies. The price is right. Other items you can get, like salads and cookie dough, are good too. I usually don't interact with the staff much because I just run in and grab my order, but they do always offer a friendly greeting and are available if I need help with anything. And, thus far, my orders have always been ready by the time I specified.

We have always liked papa Murphys since we lived in Oklahoma. Would love to have one near us, so when we visited Oregon and seen this we had to have. Always fresh and delicious 😋

The app makes it simple to order and pick-up in 30 minutes. The pizza is made well and reasonably priced. Never have any issues.

Ordered through the app at 6:30. Was told the order would be completed at 7:00. I arrived at 7:00 but there were no online orders ready to be picked up so I waited. There were 4 other people there also waiting for orders they had placed and one person walked in at around 7:05 to place an order. Everyone received their order before me including the person who walked in and placed their order 5 minutes after I got there. They didn’t even start making my order until I arrived and it wasn’t ready until 7:10. I understand that things happen but there was no acknowledgement of the wait and it was frustrating that the person who got there after me and didn’t place their order ahead of time received their pizza before I did. On top of that the staff seemed really irritated with each other and weren’t friendly.

Pretty darn good pizza for the price

If it was always perfect, it would be given 5 stars. It's pretty good, pretty accurate, pretty much on time, most of the time.

Dietary restrictions: They have menu options for dietary restrictions.

Kid-friendliness: It's not a dine in restaurant. It's a take and bake. Pick up your pizza and go. Kids or not.

Parking was adequate, staff was courteous even when the promotion only available online was not available in store. Even went out of their way to try to push through a custom order. Pizza was well prepared and very tasty....8/10 will do again....

Great pizza good prices

Love Papa Murphy's but I was kinda disappointed this time around. My order was close to right but it was not exactly what I asked for so when I got home with my pizza and noticed it was a little wrong ??
