Only issue is the pricing. I order the same thing every time and have been charged 4 different amounts. I was told by cashier that they pick what they charge for depending on who is working. That's the reason for the 2 stars...

We went there based on reviews and photo's of menu. Never been before. Service was excellent.
Both girls were great sisters.
Food was more then justeggs over easy. Everything was don't perfection. When French Toast came to the table, the cinnamon was suttle and aromatic.
The egg wash had flavor.
The country gravy made fresh.
You have to go see for yourself.

The price may be a little high by Medford standards but the superb quality of the food and very generous portions make it well worth a couple of extra bucks. Riverside Cafe is now our go-to breakfast place when we are in Medford!
Good breakfast, country style atmosphere, (oldie memories everywhere), busy place. Well attended.

I can’t share on how the food tastes because we didn’t get a chance to try it. The young hostess, Journey, greeted us and smiled but as soon as we told her we would like to place a to-go order her demeanor changed. Like it was the most inconvenient thing we could have asked of her. She told us it was going to be a while and I said , a while..? I didn’t know if she meant a while before our order could be taken or if she meant it was going to be a while before the food came out. She rudely says, yes a while! And the proceeds to tell her coworker right in front of us- “these people are demanding to be helped right now” throwing up her hands in a passive aggressive way.
Like mam, we didn’t mind waiting to have our order taken, I just wanted clarification if the food was going to take a while. I didn’t want to wait 30-40 minutes for takeout since we were on a tight schedule.
The other ladies started apologizing saying she normally isn’t rude and that she is new. I doubt she will last long because if you’re a new employee and you’re already treating customers that way, it’s only a matter of time before more customers see this type of behavior.
We went down the street to Over Easy Southern Oregon. They were absolutely splendid. Took our takeout order even though they stop taking takeout orders at 9 and the food is AMAZING!! Will be giving them a 5 star review.

This is our fav for breakfast, because the food is always good, and because the staff is so attentive. The Cali Benny rocks.

Down Home Cooking, Wonderful Service
In a shout out to the geriatric element of our aging society, I gotta tell you, all the old farts have homed in on an excellent place to eat! I myself on the far side of 70, had not visited here in over 10 years, but I am glad I did. Excellent food, excellent service, and a very clean and friendly atmosphere.

Parkside has the BEST breakfasts in the Rogue Valley. Great food, great friendly staff, very fair prices and a fun, enjoyable atmosphere. I'm ALWAYS happy to go there. It feels like family. It's my favorite restaurant in the valley.
Cobb salad was delicious.
Best breakfast in Medford
We go here for breakfast at least once a week and often we go to lunch. Tami is a wonderful, waitress, friendly fast and efficient. That food is always good.
Ask for medium rare steak it was well done but it's hard to judge very thin steak when cooking.
