Absolutely Amazing Food! The Yakisoba noodles were exactly what I was looking for. Yellow cup is a peruvian cheese sauce. Green is Jalapeño cilantro salsa. Mix 2-1 cheese and the heat is PERFECT. I saw the chicken on the grill at the Britt and had to try the Tallarin Saltado. The plate was loaded with a hefty portion, veggies were fresh and I loved the green chimichurri sauce. I added chicken and would recommend this dish. A Peruvian , Japanese noodle fusion.
