This review isn't for the old bar (not sure why the old reviews are mixed in), but for the convenience store it is now. I have nothing bad to say about the cleanliness and selection at this store, which I'd why I didn't give it one star. But there is an owner or manager that works there who is very off-putting. I work at an office nearby and stopped in right after they re-opened as a store. I was trying to be friendly and said something like, "You just opened up recently, right?" This woman gruffly replied, "No, we've BEEN open!" Um, OK, so that's the last time I go there. But then a coworker visited the other day, and when she returned from her break, told me this same woman loudly scolded an employee right in front of her and was rude to her, as well. With the employee shortages right now, businesses can't afford to treat staff like that!

This store is NOT the pit stop tavern anymore and it's open for business. Large selection of goods. Very affordable for the location.

The Cashiers are friendly and helpful and This store Has a deli as well as a walk in beer freezer. Low prices on everything and recently started accepting EBT. Great improvement and replacement from the seedy Pit stop tavern that used to be there ?

I have been going to this location through many different establishment names. It has always had friendly staff. And all the little upgrades keep it cozy in atmosphere.
