I’ll never go back. For $12 I got something that barely looked like food. I had to go to panda express right after. I don’t know how this place is in business.

I'm dying to know what footage you checked. Because I didn't give a date or time that I was there. As for your claims of long wait times due to other orders. There were NONE. He wasn't busy making other orders. He was just blatantly slow. So you can try and twist this however you want. But I know what i saw and I know how long i pointlessly stood around waiting for the guy to make 1 pita.
Stop defending laziness and unhygienic practices in your store
I will NEVER eat here. Was picking up a doordash order. 1 guy working and not only did it take him over 15 minutes to make 1 pita, but he kept running his gloved hands through his hair and touching the food! That's beyond nasty!

It would be helpful if your employee would actually give you your food instead of making you wait 10+ minutes while it was already bagged up. Horrible service! Plus the young girl working with the long dark hair, her hair was hanging over the food NOT tied back while making orders. Can we say health code violation? Seemed like her priority was looking good, not giving good service.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get a quick, healthy bite to eat. However since they switched to having you order everything at the cash register things have gone downhill. I think it complicates the ordering process and one reason I like the “subway” style of ordering is because I could easily create a meal that looked good in the moment. Now they make mistakes and seem annoyed if you ask them to add something else while they’re making it. I stopped going for a while but recently I gave them another shot and ordered to go. I didn’t look at the food until I got home, only to discover that the quinoa/rice bowl I ordered was the texture of oatmeal and tasted like water, with chicken that didn’t even look or feel fully cooked. I ended up throwing the meal away because I wasn’t going to drive back and have them remake it. It’s really a shame because it really used to be a great place.
The restaurant seemed clean and orderly but the bathroom I used doesn't appear the have seen a cleaning in atleast a few days, besides the trash taken out.

The new ordering at the register system sucks. This is the third time in a row that my meal isn't even remotely close to what I ordered.

Pretty good, all in all. But check your order. If you do the build-your-own thing, ALWAYS check your order. They are NEVER correct. This time part of what I ordered was in the other person's order and I got some of what they ordered in mine. Some stuff was left out entirely. This isn't a one-time thing. It's every time! Again, for fast food, it's pretty decent. But check, check, check!! It's gonna be wrong.

this place prioritizes online orders over people standing inside. super frustrating. just waiting over a half an hour for a single order. once i finally got my order i was given the wrong one. insanely poor service. place used to be so good.

I keep going back here because it's so close to work but every time I go the portion sizes are small and there's something missing from my wrap. Today, the feta cheese was missing and the jalapeño ranch tasted like Italian dressing. Both of the grants pass locations FILL their pita's and my order is always correct. I wish there was another location Medford to go to because I feel like it's just this place.

Tables are always dirty. Customers were wiping their own tables. I stood at the front counter after I finished my meal to buy a dessert for several minutes, but had to leave because no one came out.

The people working were nice enough, food was ok. However, the 2 people working had long hair not pulled back. As I read through reviews I seem to see other people have had the same issue. Not very sanitary for a food establishment.

the girl seemed like she was training a new employee. that wasnt the issue.
whoever the girl was...her long black hair wasnt pulled back at all. she had it hanging down. as soon as i saw her hair touch the food.i asked the new employee to please make my food.
