I love Pita Pit. At this location though there was a lady working by herself at 12:30, how is that acceptable? She was working hard and as fast as she could, she was doing a great job, probably deserves a raise or some help though, cause one person can only do so much. Maybe a manager or owner can come in and help during peak times at least? Either way it's ridiculous to do that to one person.

Horrible pitas — small portions and nasty ingredients. The owners need to go to Portland or Salem and try some real Mediterranean food.

The atmosphere is lackluster and the employees lack professionalism.

I will not ever return here and tell friends and family to avoid this place.

I had the falafel, it was terrific. It was loaded with veggies and topped off with the jalapeño shud sauce to add just a touch of spice. Way better lunch stop than subway. I highly recommend if you're tired of sandwiches.

Worst service I'd ever received, anywhere. Asked for a Quinoa bowl and some how ended up with a Spinach Salad. I urge everyone to spend your money somewhere else.

5 visits in a row now the lady with huge fake eyelashes has been working and EVERY TIME there us something that happens with her that make me not want to come back. The latest visit my wife and i went in and ordered 2 pitas. Shortly after we ordered a group of 3 people walked in and ordered but the lady working decided to make the order for the group that came in after us first! Also the lack of management is horrific. Every single time i go there are out of things even in the middle of the day. This last time they were out of mayo. Lastly the lady working does not know how to cook ive had the chicken in my pita cold after she “cooked” it and made my pita.

Bonus reason to NOT eat here. When you order double meat you will be lucky if you actually get what you paid for! Multiple times has the lady working not give me double meat even though i paid for it.

UPDATE:
I am very impressed by the customer service at this location. I received a call from an associate today who explained the situation and apologized for my experience. They also offered 2 gyros on the house. The gyros were great and the only thing more impressive was their willingness to reach out to someone that had a poor initial experience.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was quick and the gyros tasted very fresh!
Big thank you to the Medford team - I'm impressed and I WILL be back. 5 stars.

The first two times I ordered from this place, I ordered the gyro.
Both times, I was told that the protein for the gyro was unavailable. No problem, I switched my order. Today, I called ahead of time to verify that they had gyros in stock and was told that they do. Awesome!
I ordered 3 pita wraps - 1 smoked pork, 1 chicken ceasar, and 1 gyro.
My order was delivered but wouldn't you know - only 2 wraps! And of course, the gyro was missing.
I've tried to get a gyro pita 3 times from this location and I keep getting shafted. The first two times I can forgive as it was not their fault. But they completely left out 1/3 of my order today with no offer of substitution or they just simply forgot.
I won't be ordering from this place again.

Cafeteria food at best. Small portions. If the owners wants to learn how to run a Mediterranean Restaurant, they should visit the Mediterranean Grill in Hillsboro, OR. I sure wish they would put a restaurant in Medford!

Girl working as of 5/29/25 1pm makes poor sandwiches and wraps literally got my food delivered to me hardly any actual meat lettuce tomato smaler than my fist wrapped up mostly tortilla don't recommend asked for manager said she is well learn how to correctly make food because never had a person their make one as poor as she did not happy

Please don't waste your money. You will not receive what you paid for and when you call to make them aware that the order was wrong all they say is we only have 2 people working here and we were just slammed by catering gigs. No recourse on resolving the issue. I'm in Medford for an assignment and this was my first order out here. An absolute apology of a store.

Food was good however I was busy and placed an order on line and arrived 20 minutes later and they had not even made my order. The shop was empty when I got there so I don't understand why my order wasn't ready.

I was charged for a smoothie on my online order but when I arrived they informed me they didn't have it and offered a bottled drink which isn't even the value of a smoothie. I declined and asked for a refund. I was told they couldn't do that and that I needed to do it through the app. I asked for my receipt showing I didn't receive it. She printed out my receipt and walked in the back. The receipt didn't reflect that. I contacted support and they still have responded. What a scam. Never going again. As this is the second time I've went there and had issues. Story for another time. This is definitely not how this place used to be and it's a shame.

After several visits to this location and after speaking with the GM, I am comfortable posting an honest review. The comments about portion sizes are accurate. Food is overpriced and low quality as you will see from the pictures they are happy to serve brown lettuce and peppers with stems in them. The staff commented “well would you rather have wilted lettuce or none at all”. The GM defended her staff and conditions as you will see are filthy. It doesn’t take but a few minutes to pick out the stems from the peppers or even spot them as the food is being built. Apparently that is asking too much.

The responses from the GM on previous customers visits are indicative of somebody who truly does not care.
