Billy is Niki's husband. Niki is 1 of the top hiring boss's & manager for Purple Parrot & works at the Stewart Ave. location. Billy is the manager at the Biddle location. They are BOTH rude, liers, & prejudice(from what I've seen by working there & being a customer for over 15 years) there store rules DO NOT APPLY to EVERY -One EQUALLY. Billy uses foul language towards customers & Co-workers, THEY ARE TOTALLY FAKE PEOPLE. The machines will take about 90% off your money...extremely tight. TOP MANAGERS also kicked me out ( I believe for good (?) FOR ZERO REASON......OTHER THAN I QUIT ON THEM because Billy & NIKI tried to get me & my friend (who works for Purple Parrot) to turn on each other by telling lies ( I have proof ) + I told my manager that I can't work for unethical people & I was treated horribly for it. Billy comes across like he has no respect for MOST woman (watch his words, voice, & facial expressions) THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS or how to respect SOME co workers. The store is DIRTY/FILTHY....IF you look close enough. No working ice or soda machine the last I knew.

Slot machines are always tight and the day clerk is running his own dating service when he's married. Trys to pick up every woman that comes through the door. Tryst to get them in the office to show them something. Gross

Love these guys, this is my favorite location. The guy that works evenings is funny and always remembers what my cigarettes, I never even have to tell him.
This is a purple parrot if you've never been to a purple parrot then you should look up the purple parrot. If you do know what a purple parrot is this is a good purple parrot everybody seems really nice.
