I went into Purple Parrot at 9:55 am and instead of the gal being polite and all she says were full and we don't allow dogs now I've been in there 100 times with her working and she never had a problem with me or my service dog before but for some reason when I told her he's a service dog she's like yea right, now my dog is a federally registered service dog but she pretty much accused me of being a liar so I saw other people come in after me and she treated them different so im not sure but I think it was the tips maybe she figured I never win so I wouldn't be able to tip her but who knows she was pretty rude but trying to be slick about it.

Billy is Niki's husband. Niki is 1 of the top hiring boss's & manager for Purple Parrot & works at the Stewart Ave. location. Billy is the manager at the Biddle location. They are BOTH rude, liers, & prejudice(from what I've seen by working there & being a customer for over 15 years) there store rules DO NOT APPLY to EVERY -One EQUALLY. Billy uses foul language towards customers & Co-workers, THEY ARE TOTALLY FAKE PEOPLE. The machines will take about 90% off your money...extremely tight. TOP MANAGERS also kicked me out ( I believe for good (?) FOR ZERO REASON......OTHER THAN I QUIT ON THEM because Billy & NIKI tried to get me & my friend (who works for Purple Parrot) to turn on each other by telling lies ( I have proof ) + I told my manager that I can't work for unethical people & I was treated horribly for it. Billy comes across like he has no respect for MOST woman (watch his words, voice, & facial expressions) THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS or how to respect SOME co workers. The store is DIRTY/FILTHY....IF you look close enough. No working ice or soda machine the last I knew.
