The food was great! I would have given 4 stars but the cashier Amanda was very disrespectful and rude to me throughout the entire time I was ordering and in the store. Makes me not want to come back

I've been looking for a great sub sandwich place since I moved to Medford. I found it. Great fresh made subs. Classic Italian was perfect. An 8 inch is a lot of food, good value.

Workers are sweet and I appreciated the food. My main gripe is the lack of masks from employees inside - face shields alone do not suffice when it comes to slowing the spread of COVID. I would recommend the use of cloth coverings To protect the employees, their families, and the public at large - especially in a vulnerable, small town community.

I ordered two sandwiches recently. One of them was completely inedible because they slathered so much horseradish Mayo on it. The other was the Italian and it was just okay, but I wouldn’t order it again. 2 stars because the fries were good.
As always 5 star!!! Had a wonderful sandwich on a Saturday afternoon! Always polite always great food always right on schedule for pick up! The staff is always 100% with attitude, cleanliness and overall experience! Great place to grab a sandwich on the run or for a meeting! Thank you!!!

We LOVE R&D's and have been getting yummy sandwiches from them for years. However, we were really disappointed when we went today and saw that the staff was only wearing face shields and not masks. It's been proven that a face shield without a mask does nothing to protect against Covid, and with our county's number skyrocketing, it was pretty terrible to see how little they value their customers' health during a global pandemic. Sadly, we'll be forgoing their sandwiches until after the pandemic.
