My family had a great experience on Mother's Day. It was fantastic. Great food, great service low wait times and no wait time for reservations. I'm glad Red Lobster is still around and one of the most underrated places to eat. Biscuit's yummm - and food was a great value. Definitely more family dinners and holidays at Red Lobster. :)

We went to dinner tonight with my family and our server was Sarah. She was SO nice and SO kind from the minute we walked through the door. I overheard her tell a customer “it is my job to care for you and make sure your experience here is the best” made me like her right off the bat. She came back after we got our food and checked on us and kept making sure we were ok and everything was great. She seriously waited on us hand and foot. She made sure to put our coconut shrimp in last because she knew we were taking them back to motel so she wanted to make sure it stayed warm. Before we left she brought my daughter over to the lobsters and she explained so many cool things about lobsters and let my daughter touch one. She didn’t have to offer that or take the extra five minutes to inform us all about lobsters. Well we go to leave and we’re driving away and get all the way to the stop sign and we seen her running to our car and she said we forgot our shrimp we couldn’t believe it. We have never had such an amazing waitress EVER! We were in absolute shock with how great she was to us. I couldn’t say enough great things about our experience because of her, she made our dinner and experience great. We talked about how amazing she was all the way back to our hotel. There’s just not many great people like her now days. Most times waitresses are always on the go and just trying to get you in and out. We were even there after 10 eating and she didn’t rush us or make us feel rushed. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the manager to also tell the manager how great Sarah was. I hope you read this. Thank you Sarah!

The food was good for the area but average out of the many red lobsters I've been to in multiple states. The service was friendly but we had to ask one time to get our drinks refilled and we had to ask for our check after 30 min of not seeing anyone. Food I'd give a 6 out of 10 rating but service I'd give a 4 out of 10 rating

Our waiter was excellent he was very attentive he always checked on us to see what we needed.Thats the kind service Gets you a big tip the food was excellent my fiance loved her lobster tail I had the 12 oz steak with the sides the food was seasoned very well kudos to the cook.Despite such a great meal a young waiter opened both doors for us as we were leaving.i recommend Red Lobster for a great meal and great service

We had reservations for 5:30. Everyone who walked in after us was seated. We said something and was told, "I'm sorry about that," and they walked away. I guess we are invisible. I'm very disappointed. I've never eaten at Red Lobster. I never will now.
