My sweet potato fries were barley warm and then they had some sort of sauce spilled in them and I was afraid it was a sauce I am allergic to, so some of them I couldn't eat. I got a refill and the second time they were hot and uncontaminated.

Horrible service!!!!! I asked for something and she never brought it until I was already done with my food and ready to check out. btw, it doesn't take 10 min to heat butter. Totally unacceptable!!?? I can do it in 5 seconds at home. The bar area was empty, yet the server (bartender) didn't come by once to ask if everything was okay. I will definitely not be returning. You have lost a customer! Do better, Red Robin!!!!!!!

Upon arrival to Red Robin, the young hostess was unpleasant, unprofessional, and very underwhelming. I would go as far to say that she looked and behaved like she was stoned. As we waited for our table, it was clear that that most of the waiting patrons were there for Door Dash delivery services. I witnessed one delivery server walk out and say she was just going to cancel the order because of the wait. The hostess almost seemed to want to encourage people to leave the establishment as she questioned me if I wanted to continue waiting and get my name on the list when she extended my wait time another 15 minutes.
Upon being seated, our waiter was very professional and had enough energy to keep his eyes more than half way open. He excelled as keeping up with the three rambunctious boys we had for a small bday celebration. He was excellent and the food was great given the expectations that I set in my own head. The beer was ice cold and we left happy despite nearly leaving to go somewhere else. It has been about 10+ years since I have visited Red Robin in Medford, it had always been a good experience as I used to live in Medford. My advice is to hire for hostesses who welcome patrons and not try to run them out.

Their Bartender this afternoon couldn't make a proper ocean blue margarita. When they brought the drink to our table I could see something wasn't right. We took a sip through a straw. All we could taste was lime and salt. They replaced our drinks and the bartender left the salt off the glass rim. What a condescending thing to do. Hey bartender, you made the drink wrong the first time, and the second time as well. The manager tried to comp us the drinks. I refused because that wasn't the point. I gave our server a tip that included $28.00 that the manager comped us including a additional 30% tip on the food bill. I told the manager it wasn't about the money. Something is not right. I can honestly say we have never experienced as bad as we experience today. Very disappointed đ.

The bar staff are extremely slow. Waited for 23 minutes at the bar to be asked if I needed anything. I had found my own menus so I was ready. My wife already left to wait in the car so I ordered to go. I have been sitting here with an empty glass for over 10 minutes and hoping the to go order will be out shortly.

Went to 4 different local spots that were all closed for July 4th holiday so we ended up here before catching a movie and it reminded us why we never go to these chain restaurantsâŠ
Food is GARBAGE. They claim âfresh never frozen beefâ for their âgourmetâ burgers but it sure seemed like a thin, processed, frozen burger patty to me. Wifeâs chicken Caesar wrap was basically just a wad of lettuce in a tortilla and their fries are just soggy, greasy, mush.

Ordered a burger patty with cheese, Nothing else, stated no bun, celiacs. What do I get? A bun. This was a delivery order so couldn't send anything back. I have a grain allergy which is why I stated no bun. Receipt even said Allergy alert on it, and they still made my burger inedible for me. Waste of money and I won't be ordering again.

Food was great. Took my son for a celebration dinner and accidentally left his leftover, a burger with cheese that we paid extra for since he misunderstood the chicken strips wouldn't be breaded. We got a block away and realized, immediately called and were told it had been thrown away already. Less than 2 or 3 minutes and itâs thrown away with no thought of maybe the guest made a mistake and wouldn't intentionally leave the extra item so we should hold onto it for fifteen minutes or so. Wont be back for a long time since they did not even try to make it right, just apologized.
