We celebrate every year at Red Robin. My dad and his wife send us a gift card every Christmas. Grest food, service, and atmosphere.

Billy is an exceptional waiter. We ask for his section every single time we come in. He is friendly, promp, brings our fries out and drinks as soon as we finish what we have. He is the face of Red Robin!

We just walked out of there because after 15 minutes, not one server in the bar area approached us to even get our drink order. This is after making eye contact with 3 of them. Not even a "Someone will be right with you". Ridiculous!

We love RED ROBBIN been there many times. But today our service was terrible. Had to ask for fries after an hour of sitting waiting for order to be taken. Never recieved any more drink refills (had lemon water). Asked for more fries had very few brought to table. Never did get the dipping sauce we asked for 2 times. Asked for to go boxes and she brought small square box. I told her it won't work bc I would like fries to go with the rest of my burger with camp fire sauce & ranch. Had a second order to go when we were done eating. Ordered the monster burger with a lot of fries. The burger was just wrapped the fries were put in one of their square card board type boxes. The container was torn wouldn't stay closed and were scattered over the bottom of a ginormous bag. Which weren't many after asking for a large order of fries.
I was so disappointed with the service I've never had service this bad any where. Needless to say there was no tip left.
And to top that off it was my friends b- day so we were getting her bday burger. The waitress told her that's fine she just has to order a drink and spend $4.99. She can order what ever one she likes so she ordered the vegi burger w/ onion rings and a shake the waitress said that's fine. Never mentioned she would have to pay for the shake @ $7.99. And $4.99. For the onion rings. Which I believe the waitress should have told her that only the steak fries or a vegetable is free with burger. So she ended paying $13. For some thing that should have costed $4.99. Was very disappointed in the whole actions and occurrence of the day. Ps. It took over 3 hours to get our meal completed and able to leave. I've never had that bad of service there ever.

Even though it was a busy night I was able to be seated quickly.The queso lava burger and fries first caught my eye.I did notice that there was A vegetarian menu with a nice selection.The freckled lemonade was also really good not to sweet not to tart.Great servers nice to talk to.I really love the more personable service.

Went in close to 8, got served by a gal named Kate. Just so happen to be on a date. I was hungry, so we ate,.. a mile high mud pie, and boy was it great!.... Thanks Red Robin for always delivering! 😉

Bad customer service, we didn’t receive any fries but every other table did. We didn’t get asked how we were and when they went to take fries to another table that’s been receiving some and they said no she turned to us and just shook the fries in our face and than just placed them on the table, rather than asking if we wanted them. Was not a good experience and felt like we were treated poorly. And the server was very bossy to her coworkers infront of us and made me not wanna be there or enjoy my food.

Lame. Drove 15 miles. For my birthday. Burger . And other. Burgers. For family.. wanted to go. They said can't get birthday burger. Un l ess dine in . Wtf.. the difference. My friend and I came here on a Tuesday for their $10 burger Tuesdays. The burger is their "Gourmet Red Robin Burger" that is $10. You get all the usual fixins like tomato, lettuce, pickles, and your choice of cheese.
I chose as broccoli as my bottomless side for my first round and steak fries for the second round. We also ordered a tower of onions rings which came with ranch and their house-made campfire sauce. All of which were really good especially for the price. The onion rings and campfire sauce were especially delicious. Despite our waiter being busy, he did his best to attend to our needs. Overall, pleasant experience.

Wow!!! Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had - it was sooooo unbelievably juicy and flavorful, HIGHLY recommend the Southern Charm!!!! The stack of onion rings is delicious and crispy, the smokehouse fry sauce is delicious. Our server Candace (I think it was Candace) was top notch with her customer service and friendliness. She was so on top of everything, she made us feel as if we were the only ones being waited on. Highly recommend coming here for a delicious juicy burger and great service! We will definitely be back soon!!! 🍔 🤤 loved the garlic fries too!! 🍟
