Rosario’s Italian Restaurant is truly a gem! From the moment we walked in, the hostess warmly seated us right away, setting the tone for such a wonderful evening.

The food was absolutely outstanding. I had the Scampi Alfredo with pesto—the homemade sauce was rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. My dad ordered the classic spaghetti with sauce, and as a vegetarian, he was thrilled with how fresh and delicious it was. My husband tried the chicken pesto calzone, and oh my gosh… it was out of this world. I stole a bite and it was just perfection!

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are truly 10⭐ across the board—attentive, friendly, and so welcoming. Our server, Marcileo, was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Brian, the busser, was wonderful as well, and the sweet young lady serving bread and waters brought such a thoughtful touch to the experience.

I’m visiting family here in Shady Cove (all the way from Big Bear, CA), and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Rosario’s for our dinner together. My family was super impressed, my dad is excited to have a new favorite restaurant, and we all agreed we’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent food and service. I do a lot of solo traveling for my job, and it is rare to walk into a popular restaurant alone for dinner and be invited to sit at any table I’d like. It just got better from there with a great wine suggestion, the seafood pasta special, and attentive service throughout my visit. I left my credit card after paying, and my server sprinted outside as I was driving away to return it to me. I don’t live in Oregon, but will definitely return if I’m ever driving through Medford again. They know how to make customers feel welcome.

Hey!! The photos that I have included with this post are from 2 different visits. The Audrey pizza was amazing. I absolutely loved it.
The Italian sub was a whole. It was very good and very large, very filling. It could have used a little more sauce.
The shrimp scampi appetizer it was okay. Nothing special. Both times I've visited, there was only one server, and they were very busy. He did the best he could, which was nice, but it would have been nice to have a little bit more attention. The pasta special was amazing it had spinach, shrimp, and sun-dried tomatoes. The totalini alfredo was gummy and quite honestly bland. I would not recommend that dish many others that are much better. The? One thing that I. Will say? Yes. Hated about? This place. Yes? That there were several flies buzzing around that I was swatting at the whole time I was eating I, and I did not like that. Otherwise, go try this please it is good. You will not be sorry.

My husband and I came in the afternoon. Immediately upon our arrival we were greeted and brought to a table by the window. We were served garlic bread right away and our drink orders were taken. We wanted an appetizer, but we didn’t want to miss out on the pizza so we decided to do a pizza as an appetizer. We shared the Rosario special along with the smokehouse special. If I could recommend anything, it would be exactly that. When I talk about phenomenal toppings, phenomenal sauce: the pizza had the perfect amount of everything. I would highly recommend that if you choose to do a pizza it would be a split one of that combination. We were a large fan of both! For our main course we decided to do a lunch fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the scampi Alfredo. We both highly enjoyed and emptied our plates. Our meal concluded with the most delectable cheesecake you can imagine. We took food to go because the pizza was just that good. Biggest highlight other than food was the short wait time and incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with was super super sweet and very attentive. Definitely highly recommend 100/10
