Such delicious calzone, one of my favorite take-out dinners.Outside dining is lovely in the summer. The indoor dining space is pretty straightforward - clean, comfortable. When I've dined in (at least half a dozen times) the service & food have always been great.

It has been a while since I visited Rosario's and I was pleased to find nit much had changed. The decor seemed brighter and the service was impeccable. Food was good portion for the money. Definitely worth a visit.

Someone who works here is a thief! BEWARE!!!! I ate here with my husband on January 26th after paying he accidentally left his card on the table. We were unable to pick it up for a few days because we live out of town. We had called and were assured the card would be kept safe. He picked it up a few days later. Well we ended up getting fraudulent charges on the card!!! Someone opened a door dash account using the card information and door dashed food in Medford. We don't live in Medford! We tried calling the restaurant to let them know one of their employees is a thief, but everytime we call they say no manager is available and won't talk to us! I'm bummed because this was my favorite Italian restaurant and needless to say I'll never go back! Door dash won't compensate us for the charges and it's been a horrible experience they really screwed us over.

Lousy and overpriced. I ordered my favorite Italian dish, eggplant parmeasan. The eggplant was sliced so thin that all I could taste was the breading. It was mushy instead of dry and crisp as I had requested. I was told that it's made in the morning with sauce, and so that's why it wasn't fresh and firm. It didn't come with pasta as any other Italian restaurant would include. So, I had to order a side of pasta which costs an extra $9.50 and it was a tiny, child sized portion. The marinara sauce was ok, but not nearly enough. . I had a Ceasar salad and that was mediocre at best. Not enough dressing and it wasn't very good.My heritage is Italian and my mother made fantastic Italian meals. So, I know what good, authentic Italian food is. I will not go back and cannot recommend this place.

We had an amazing server who answered all of our questions (we had a lot), the service in general was amazing with great bread service, and the food!The ravioli special was amazing, all the noodles were perfect. I seriously have not had better Italian food.

My Husband and I just had lunch here. Hands down some of the best Italian food we've had. Andrew our server was amazing super helpful and friendly. We now have a new favorite lunch/dinner spot.

My son's family took me here for my birthday. It's a small restaurant with plenty of service. The food was excellent and they brought us numerous baskets of garlic bread. Look forward to a return visit next time we're in the area.
Nice small amazing italian restaurant. Would 100% go back. The sodas were amazing, food was amazing! Highly recommend especially over olive garden. Can tell they make their food fresh. :) high quality ingredients.

Next time I'll get some photos. This restaurant has by far the best Italian food I've ever eaten!! Just walking into the building, you are overwhelmed by the most amazing aroma! This is a place you just have to go to if you're in Medford for lunch or dinner.
