I’m a frequent costumer of the Ashland Rubys so when I found myself in Medford it was an easy decision to choose this ruby’s. what a vast difference. The counter guy just stood there. No greeting after I said good morning . When I asked for details of what the English muffin breakfast consisted of, he pointed at the menu. I do not think he even spoke other than to say what the total was. Our food, 2 English muffin sandwiches and a burrito, came out in less than 5 mins and was clearly thrown together. Very little taste and barely hot. The other costumers seemed drunk or high, sucking down cocktails. At one point I’m not sure if was a staff and customer or two customers, but two adults were chasing each other from the inside to the outside. At first I thought something was wrong, but then I saw one of them laughing. Bizarre and disappointing experience. I will not be back.

I had an amazing experience at Ruby's! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for both a casual night out and a special occasion. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the signature dishes; they exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to return and enjoy another fantastic meal at Ruby's! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

Watched the barista guy give his friend a free coffee, after getting my breakfast burrito I asked if I could have a hot sauce, he said they were a dollar for a tiny container..

This spot is goated. Jennifer made my caramel latte this morning & it tastes like it was sent to me from angels in heaven. lol! The lil devil is one of my faves! The lemonade is ALWAYS delicious! Great service, great food. Love this spot!
Good place to get a big and delicious breakfast burrito. Lots of choices.

Really enjoy this eatery! Sad to report their vegetarian burger is not house made - and I wish it was! Overall, still very delicious meal! In addition, the Philly was perfection ! Not pictured is the delicious, fresh smoothie I had!!

Food wonderful, yet EVERY TIME I call in an order or go in I feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff, there is one particular male there that seems extremely annoyed with anyone, no “good morning” -or- “how can I help you”! I usually start with good morning/ afternoon and then just state what I am ordering. I have tried each time to walk away with grace and reminding myself that they are busy and maybe short staffed, but it’s EVERY TIME with this gentleman. I just am really sorry I inconvenience him so much that out of all the places I could have chosen to eat and spend my money, I chose Rubys- so rude of me. My apologies. In talking with some other people and them also saying they notice the same, almost to the point of wanting to call and complain, I just felt like something needed to be said and hopefully the owners will utilize it to remind staff to be kind and welcoming.
