Overcharge for food I did not receive the food I did get was over done and had to wait way too long ,20 minutes for mall is a long time.Little Asian woman with a loudmouth behind the counter, is yelling at all the customers, including myself, really unpleasant experience.

Amazing! Great food and the lady working here is incredibly sweet! I eat here a few times a week because it's comfort food for me! I get the chicken teriyaki bento box every time, the tempura is AMAZING! I highly suggest going here if you're in town, it's very relaxed and very nice! Ordering is simple here too which I love, the prices haven't changed since I first started coming here!

This is my wife and I’s favorite place to eat, every time we go it’s always busy. The lady cooking our food usually is swamped with work but she still gives great service. Give people a break they’re all working hard.

The owner Leslie is so bad at costumer service that goes to the point of been disrespectful to clients. I have been a client there for at least the past 7 years. And after getting leftovers mixed with my food I decided it was too much. So I asked if I could have my order remade or my money back. And she started yelling that it was only $12 and that I was not grateful that she added meet to my food. That she will remember me and no longer take my orders in the future. She always make my food with almost no meet and never complained and the one time I do say something she reacts like this. . And she refused to provide me corporate office number.

The food was okay, but unfortunately the service was awful. I am never returning. The lady was extremely rude. She yelled at my Mom to “wait 10-15” for the chicken. When we haven’t even gotten to order yet. She CONTINUED to yell at us even after we ordered. She didn’t let us get our food after and kept repeating that it’ll take 10-15 minutes even though our food was right there. Then after we FINALLY got our food, my dad went over to collect it where she then proceeded to keep yelling at him that she called us 3 times and that now it wasn’t “her fault that the food was cold” We never once disrespected her and she shouldn’t have treated any customer like that.

I ordered my food and stood back to wait for it. About 5 other customers also waiting. Tried to keep my distance because of the pandemic going on. Every one else was served and still no food. Lady cooking asked what I was waiting for, replied my food. She said it was all cooked and someone else must have took it. She then points out lady in food court who possibly took it and starts to yell at her. Lady walked off. I wasn't going to eat food someone had for the past 10 minutes. They remake my order and then chastise me for not waiting close enough to counter and grabbing my order fast enough. The lady who took it had two people with her, how was I supposed to know she didn't order two meals. It's their fault for not keeping track of customers orders. Maybe read reciepts or something. Won't go back again.

I got a teriyaki beef bento. The beef was ok, the sushi was ok, the tempura was ok, but the massive amounts of cabbage and rice were nasty. There was just all this raw cabbage that took up about 1/4 of the bento. I had no real reason to eat it so I just threw it out. The rice was soggy and overcooked. I felt a tremendous sense of regret after eating here.
