I have been eating at Shinsei Sushi for several years. We live in Mt Shasta, and every Medford trip means lunch at Shinsei. The sushi is fresh and excellent. Service is very amenable. This is not a restaurant for ambiance, as it is a standard strip mall setting, but everything else is very enjoyable. This restaurant gets a lot of high 5s from many Mt Shasta, Ca. residents who make it a point to eat there.
Great sushi! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very clean and the food comes out very fast. The kids menu is surprisingly a little pricey but otherwise they're very reasonable.
Traveling through Medford and randomly picked this sushi restaurant. Sushi was very tasty and fresh. My only comment on the rolls is they need to be made bit smaller in diameter as they were far to big to eat in one bite.
