Medford Siam Café Thai Cuisine

I have eaten at dozens of Thai Restaurants in multiple cities across Oregon and surrounding states. No other restaurant has come close to the consistently amazing food that I have found from here. Everything I’ve tried from here is amazing. Not to mention that the service from here is incredible. They always ensure we are well taken care of and that our food is as top notch as we expect it to be from here. I genuinely cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

There isn't a recent review of this restaurant since Boo retired. Under new management, all tofu dishes are automatically vegan when possible (except things with shrimp paste, like peanut sauce and red curry). So definitely ask, but most menu items are available vegan! Also available are That iced tea and Thai iced coffee made with coconut milk. Coconut milk ice cream and coconut milk sticky rice are always available for dessert, too! We are regulars and LOVE eating here. I liked the old restaurant okay (slightly oily for my tastes) but the new menu is vastly improved. Would give 5 stars if I could! Updated from previous review on 2024-09-19

Worst service and food out of all Thai food restaurants in the valley !!!!! Brought us out frozen food and tried to force us to pay for their mistake!! After we politely declined the food she argued with my wife and made her feel uncomfortable because we didn’t want to pay for a frozen meal!!! Wish I could give zero stars on the review

Hands down the best Thai restaurant in Southern Oregon. We ordered Pad Thai, Fried Rice and Coconut Ice Cream. Can't wait to try they're Mango and their Pumpkin Currys next time. Highly recommend!

Delicious food! And when they say their spice level is spicy- they mean it! I got a level four pad thai and I was crying (in a good way) the whole time eating it. So glad to have found this ?

I’ve eaten here multiple times for lunch and the food and service has been great. I’m a bit confused about how anyone can be so judgmental about any restaurant if they’re basing their review on a first time visit. If you’re reading my review this far please give this place a try. The owners are very nice people and the food is always fresh. I just had the wonton soup and orange ginger chicken and it was delicious.

I went next door to the store and was going to order at the restaurant but they put a paper on my car saying that they were going to tow my car I will never order food from them anymore.

Parking: Went next door to store and was going to order lunch at here and find a paper put on my door say that they were going to tow my car and I was only parked less then 10 minutes and then I was going to order lunch from them when I saw the paper on my car I will not ordered from them anymore bad bissness.

Siam used to be the best in Medord. New owners a couple years ago. I've tried it a couple times since, and am very disappointed. Noodles overcooked. Bland flavor. Poor service. Overpriced for what I got.
