Impossible to find, we heard so much amazing things and drove all the way out here just to circle around loads of parkings and never find it :(

This Caribbean food truck is so good and authentic. They are featured at the Copper Plank at the Elks Lodge and certainly worth it.

Siano's Karibbean Cookhouse catered the 2023 Kwanzaa celebration at the Historic Ashland Armory tonight. Food was fabulous....what great variety, healthy choices and subtle, suberb flavors. I'll be tracking down this food truck and really recommend the catering service!

I came to this food pod to explore and ended up walking right into this gem. I don't eat meat so the owner said he would make me the best veggie burger I've ever had and I was excited that he was so confident. The veggie burger was delicious and I'll definitely go back when I'm craving a burger! Yum! Service was great! Definitely worth a try. I can't give a review on the Caribbean food items but the veggie burger and service was top notch. Note: The veggie patties are made from scratch and don't fall apart when you eat them! ?

Not only was the food really, really good, but the family that runs it is so sweet. We got large portions and it was all delicious. The juice is amazing too. I'll be searching them out in the future for sure.

Great spot in Medford serving all kinds of amazing authentic food! Everything is fresh & made with your best interest in mind. They focus on giving you the cleanest, tastiest food packed full of love. The collagen drinks were all tasty. I love that they care about your health & promote that within their menu! Truly made & operated out of love. One of a kind place!

Aside from this place rarely being open. The worst customer service ever. For the most overpriced unauthentic carribbean food. I got the jerk chicken and the portion size and taste were unimpressive as well as the sides. No wonder they spell it with a K instead of C. This may very well be a family business and the kids of the owner were great, but the owners themselves are violently aggressive and rude. I'll be sticking to Stones.

My husband and I went here yesterday for the first time. Service was great, we both vibe well with the cook and his wife! Excellent personalities. We ordered the small tofu plate with rice. And I must say the flavors were explosive! If your vegetarian or vegan, please please try it!!! I will definitely be coming back. Whoever said the food is bland or service was rude or aggressive, you must have been dreaming because the service was top notch. And being African-American it seems like everyone wants to lable us that. Sianos Karribean, you have love and support here!! The food was outstanding!! The worst customer service ive ever had. Rude, rude rude! For the taste, wait and what you get, its not worth it. Plus they are never open the hours they say they are. Ill be taking me Carribbean food cravings elswhere. As real and authentic as my kim Kardashians backside.

Food was great and the staff was so friendly. They gave us some samples and everything was tasty! Will be back for j*** chicken!
