OMG amazing flavorful food. I got a bit of everything 🎉 the brisket is smokey tender and full of flavor, mac n cheese is creamy with a kick of heat, the fried rice is seasoned to perfection, the jerk chicken was flavorful and moist, get a side of that fresh jerk sauce for an extra kick, the ribs are meaty and tender, and the pork belly wow 👌 smokey and flavorful, as well as the meatballs. A definite must try for you bold flavor chasers like me! 😋 yum!!!

Sid’s BBQ is hands down the best BBQ we’ve got in Medford. Tucked away near the Spiegelburg Stadium, Sid’s is a private gem. The Mac and cheese is bomb, and the brisket was tender and juicy. The BBQ sauce was also delicious

Cute little cart, great home made food however the Mac and cheese is over priced for the portion size I’d skip it and order the brisket cheesesteak it’s fantastic , awesome owner very friendly and explains each item and what they contain before you buy so you know exactly what you're getting he also makes the drinks in house they are delicious 😋

Ordered the pork belly mac n cheese, 2oz jerk chicken, potato salad and a brisket sandwich. The quality of the food is wonderful. The brisket sandwich is tender and well balanced in flavor. The pork belly is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The Mac n Cheese is a creamy comfort food. The hint of horseradish in the potato salad was just enough flavor without being over-powered. The jerk chicken was great, the spice was very tolerable, not too much at all- in fact it could have had slightly more. Overall, this place has the perfect soul food, the owner is very friendly and walked the food out to the car. Definitely recommend.

we ordered from here for our work lunch, right off the bat the guy was pretty rude. the macaroni and cheese didn't have cheese, it was like this weird white sauce. everything tasted the same, and it was extremely greasy. ended up being like 90 bucks for what's probably gonna be food poisoning :(
