Absolutely shockingly good food, atmosphere, and ambience. Nice tables and comfortable chairs. There are a few stairs to get inside and I didn’t see an ada ramp. Food takes a while to cook but it is fantastic. Portions are on the small side for me but I left satisfied. I will absolutely be going back

Let me just say my friend and I was hesitant to come here because there wasn't anyone here, but I am so glad we did.. oh my goodness. I got the brisket sandwhich and the chicken mafe ( I think thats how u spell it) my friend got the brisket mac n cheese and the brisket mafe and oh my lord it was Absolutely delicious. The staff was super nice and friendly. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town. We literally just left the place and had to write a review. Mac n cheese was different noodles then what im use to but it was so good.. people are missing out on this hidden gem.

I've been a customer since Sid operated out of a food truck. His new restaurant location next to the Holly Theatre is clean and roomy. I've had the brisket, fried rice, mac n cheese and potato salad. All of them are delicious and made with high quality ingredients.

The food tastes weird. They add ingredients that makes the rice and chicken tastes bad. They add lard to the rice and mix it with chicken. I had to throw away the food. When I checked the menu they said it’s old and they told me those are secret ingredients. They should be more clear because nobody will steal your ingredients, we are just customers that needs to eat food and know what’s in it. So disgusting really. I won’t go there again.

First time visitors, we had brisket, pulled pork, ribs, mac, and fried rice. Habanero sauce, and bbq sauce. Everything was good, but the pulled pork was the best I’ve ever had, and so was the fried rice. I’m looking forward to trying more things!

The brisket sandwich was absolutely delicious! Sid's spices and sides are perfect! Mauby tea and hibiscus drink were refreshing and exactly what I needed. I was looking for something NOT run-of-the-mill and I found it! Wonderful smiley service, with a clean friendly dining room. I will be going back to try the rest of the menu for sure!
We were looking for a place to Eat & the pictures I saw online caught my eye. The restaurant is still on the works (was a Food Truck) now brick & morter. The flavor of the mac n Cheese is Fantastically Creamy, The beef brisket is very tender and full of flavor. Wish I lived closer 😪.
Ordered the Jerk Chicken Mac & Cheese and coleslaw. I regret not taking a picture of the coleslaw before eating it! It was beautiful, and so good. Not your typical BBQ coleslaw side. Try it! The chicken was great and the Mac and cheese was the best ever. Definitely recommend.

As always, there a warm welcoming feel. The new location on 6th doesn't have the aesthetic you would expect from a BBQ place. That's a good and a bad thing. Not to worry though, they are updating as they go and have the changes planned for later this year. The food is always amazing and fairly priced. It's fresh, flavorful and looks great.
Don't be confused when you enter, just go straight to the back and there is a small opening to the kitchen area for you to order.
