Made my order and ask for ketchup with my order I got one ketchup packet I asked for more and 90% of my order is potatoes or hot dogs which requires ketchup and they insisted that I have to pay for ketchup if I wanted more last time I will ever eat at Sonic ever again

I ordered a cheeseburger and it was inundated with sauce it wouldn't stay together. The bun was falling apart. In short it was a drippy,sloppy mess.

We were pleasantly surprised with how good the new smash burgers were and the pretzels were on point. It took a bit to get our order but we would definitely go again. This seems to be a much better sonic than the Gp location.

It's been a few years since I've had sonic. What a pleasant surprise.
My partner got their variant of a smash burger, both her and I really enjoyed it.
The serving sizes are good, the flavor is good, and the prices are good.
Might be the replacement to in and out for my partner!

They forgot the cheese for the pretzel. Went back and asked if they could give a new warm pretzel and cheese since the original one was cold. Told they would only give me cheese. To cheap just to replace the pretzel.

If you're not in a hurry, then this is definitely the place for you to go. Service is super slow, not friendly.An ordering ahead on the app, defeats the purpose

The wait was way too long to be fast food. The burger i got had a moldy bun, I'm hoping the hot dog i ate didn't have mold on it, I didn't notice until after I had already eaten it. Ocean Water didn't taste right, like they didn't add one of the flavors.

We usually buy food and drinks at Sonic daily but recently (for the last week) the app started saying there's an 'error' and 'technical difficulties'.. can't seem to get to the bottom of it, the staff says it still works for some people but others it does not. We have tried reinstalling, using different cards, different accounts, new accounts, guest checkout... nothing works!

Don't just take my word for it, take a look at the several other one star reviews that warn you about the wait time in the drive through and lack of quality. We waited at the drive through window for almost 40 minutes today. They began serving customers behind us in line which was extremely frustrating, especially since we just ordered two burgers and mozzarella sticks. When we got home, we realized they forgot our mozzarella sticks and barely gave us any fries! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
