While the smoothies are pretty tasty and don’t have tons of sugar and other additives like other smoothie places often have, the attitude of the employees is less than desirable. They often do not acknowledge you at all when you drive up to the window, and are rude and short while taking orders like they are annoyed that you are interrupting whatever conversation they were having with their coworkers. I would like to continue going as I do like their smoothies, but the lack of costumer service is unfortunately causing me to choose other places.

I do like the smoothie bowls but I’m not impressed with the service. The last couple of times I’ve stopped the employees were rude and just kept talking with their fellow coworkers. I have backed out of the drive through a couple of times as well. I sure don’t stop as often as I used to. It’s sad that customer service has really gone down everywhere.

First time going here and I've moved from California, previously went to Scoops Acai Bowls. The toppings were fresh and good but there wasn't much, the Acai base was not frozen at all. It was almost completely liquid which I noticed once I ate through some of the toppings and was soaking into the granola. Called them and they said that it was made right which it was in fact not. May come back some other time if they make it right.
