Let me just start this off by saying spin has the best coffee in the Medford area in my opinion!! Angel is my go to girl, she's always making anything I order so delish! From the coffee, to the fresh pressed juices, to their power bowls. Plus the girls are always so sweet to talk to! 10/10 recommend SPIN!

I had a not so good experience the other day regarding the customer service with one person-- but I decided to go back and try again because I really love coming here. The owners reached out about my review and helped clarify a few things on top of offering a refund... I didn't see this until after I talk to the manager on shift, so I decided that I am taking down my old post because part of it was an emotional reaction to the experience, and since I went again today, and talked to the manager on shift, not only having her eager to help and exchange a kind and understanding conversation to the whole ordeal, but also including a full refund; I felt the need to come on here and change my review to what I actually think of this business overall. I love Spin, I will keep coming back here, and I would recommend others to come here as well. I hope that you guys can open up more places around the valley one day in the future!

I got an iced dirty chai and it is possibly the worst chai I've ever tried in my life I couldn't drink it I ended up dumping it and going somewhere else. Then I get home and This is the Dragon Fruit bowl it's 90% topping. After spending $50 on a couple bowls and a couple coffees just for them to be the worst I've had im highly disappointed and will not be returning I'll stick to NWP. The two stars is me being kind

I LOOOOOVE IT HERE!!! They have the best açaí bowls in all southern Oregon + plus all employees are so kind. I’m from North of Brazil and can say their açaí surpassed my expectations. I can guarantee that anything tou get will be delish!!

First time visiting & the staff was really nice & informative. They had no problems explaining what was in different bowls. The strawberry jazz bowl was great! Ordered without coconut & truly enjoyed this power bowl. 9/10 The iced mocha was okay 6/10 My partner ordered the açaí smoothie & he enjoyed it. He said it was a great consistency & had a great flavor 10/10 This would definitely be on my go to list for a quick light bite or drink next time I visit Medford! Great vibes & great treats!

Better hours than their competitors and the fruit is higher quality. My bowl was so fresh! Really glad I ended up here and can't wait to go back. The girls at the window are also so friendly and fun.

Just amazing. Admittedly I'm not one for drive thru anything or coffees. Too much sugar, too expensive for something not that great for you. Enter Spin. Healthy, clean & beautiful. My new go to. This is what my body needs. Worth every penny. Really pleasant ladies working here.

Healthy drinks, but a bit pricey. Its good for people who wants to stay healthy. But I also find it annoying how they want us to tip them for single drink. Even if they say "it is totally up to you" so I started paying cash not card.
