I ordered a white mocha. They handed me my drink and repeated what it was and when I mentioned it was the wrong drink they made me a hot chocolate instead.....I didn't notice right away since I was in the drive through and didn't take a sip till I was out of the parking lot. I guess it was an inconvenience to them to make the correct drink I ordered and paid for. Not cool of them and very disappointed with the customer service. 👎
The staff was very friendly and efficient with my white mocha. if you want your drink they way you want it this SB is the place ☕
