Staff is usually friendly and very quick. I don't know why 1 location can make a certain drink but other locations say they can't 🤔🤷🏻♀️

Didn't know they had muffins. Got some for breakfast. They were very good. Maybe a bit more $ than McDonald's.
Service was very good, but I didn't have to wait. It was after the rush. Would go again.

Mario was so kind and helpful for what was a mix-up on my part. Superior service was made possible by a company that empowers their staff to take care of customers. My brief interaction with him really set the tone for the rest of my day. The world needs more Marios!

I just left the Starbucks and after going in because the drive thru barista was struggling with my order and making weird side comments, I went in. The “manager” (large red headed middle aged woman) told me she heard it but “it’s a new year and I was treating her how I was treated in the drive thru (because I was explaining it or was that an attempt at an apology?) and needed to calm down” when trying to clarify 5 shots or 6 shots in a Venti. Ha! Meaning she knew I was treated rudely? I came in and they knew they were rude. There was no one in line and five people behind the counter. I still had to wait while they all ignored me. I told her “please don’t patronize me and decent management would offer an apology and take the order with the explanation, and I was clarifying (apparently it depends on if it’s iced or hot).” She then responded with “We’re not serving you.” I was the only one in line! Wow! Go Management! That is your boundary in 2024. Customer service, zero stars. Tactics are: irritate customer. decline explanation, or any response after setting the scene. She’s right. It’s a new year. She may need some continued education on her management skills. Maybe just people skills in general. Called and found out her name is Rachel. Go Rachel!
