Not exactly easy to reach from I-5. When I realized where it was, I needed to go through an old part of town to get to it, as it was too late to change lanes.

We just tried to order through the window at the Starbucks in Medford on Ross and Lee and highway 99 I think. The person said her name is Jesse and she's a shift supervisor. I continuously tried to order and she continuously interrupted and my husband and I think at least five times. She interrupted. She kept getting my order wrong. I asked for a large hot matcha latte mixed well so there would be no lumps cuz there's usually lumps in there and she kept saying how I wanted a blended one and that I asked for it to be double blended with ice. Anyway. She kept getting order wrong and when I tried to speak she wouldn't let me speak. She would cut me off and then say the wrong thing over and over and over again. I ordered a next drink. She has no memory of the next drink. Anyway. She just kept going and I asked her to not interrupt me. She said she didn’t and then she said we ain’t going to be serving you today. Have a most wonderful day or something like that. Very sarcastic. But anyway, it is absolutely worst customer service we've ever received. I want you to know that I was a manager at Wendy’s for six years and so I know how to behave and I know what a bad customer is and we were no way a bad customer she just wouldn’t stop interrupting and I had to ask her not to interrupt so I could get the order correct. I'm really going to need somebody to contact me cuz this was over and above the rudest thing I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks.
Stopping at Starbucks and getting a nice drink is part of our treat for Saturdays. My husband asked why they wouldn't serve us. She said I was overly aggressive. He said I wasn't but was assertive when I asked her to stop interrupting me.

Slow service and I brought my own starbucks coffee container in and they made a big deal about me putting an iced drink into it (not sure why but it made it awkward) and they wouldn't rinse the cup out when I just asked if they could do a quick rinse in it. The lady said I needed to do it. That's fine I guess but it's annoying cuss they have a door code on the bathrooms which means I need to get that, then rinse it out, then get back in line. Overall it was just a bad experience for a company that usually has fantastic service.

Driving between Oregon and California, along the 5 Fwy in Medford, OR, is this nice Starbucks coffee shop that is close to the freeway exit and very convenient. The place is spacious and clean. Service is quick and comes with a smile.

This location is super convenient up I-5 and the staff are super polite and friendly. However, this store smells REALLY bad, as some individuals camp out here and charge their devices.

"Brian Niccol as CEO (is trying) to turn things around at Starbucks, (but) the struggling coffee chain reported dismal quarterly earnings," quote, unquote. This location provides the worst service for walk in customers, clearly showing SBUX continues to promote the ethic of, we don't want you coming in. Not even kidding, walked out yesterday, there were literally five employees manning the drive through, and one helping at the counter. To be fair, every location here is like this. Prior to Covid, it didn't use to be like this.

Met a friend here, it was surprisingly quiet which made our visit very enjoyable. Ordered a gouda breakfast sandwich, bacon was not cooked. Had to return and ask for a 2nd, hence the low rating on food and service. Things happen, I'll be back to this Starbucks and I'd definitely recommend the dirty chai 👍
