I get a blended coffee drink here maybe once a month. Today Tenebre was working and helped me with my drink. I asked her about one of the seasonal drinks, and I told her the type of drinks that I usually get and like. I asked her to use creative freedom and her best judgment to whip me up a drink. Most people look very confused and become frozen when I place and order this way. They are just unable to speak or move it seems like. Tenebre had no problem with my order and she did an amazing job! My drink was fabulous.🧋👏🤩 I had to give her five stars and let everyone know how great she is.

So absolutely RUDE!!! This kid should not be working with the public! His name is Henry and he’s horrible at customer service and my drink was not even good… at all!! So snarky and condescending I’ll be buying coffee and breakfast elsewhere!!

This Starbucks is great service and fast. The menu changes fast. So enjoy newbies while they last!

I was very disappointed today as I went to the Starbucks inside Safeway for my coffee ( just like I’ve done for years) the young girl took my order then took another order from a Safeway employee and then proceeded to make the employees food and coffees and served his stuff to him and then begins to make my coffee....seriously ???? Guess I will find a different Starbucks to visit daily ?

A customer heard the manager telling an employee that they have to bring their own masks tomorrow or be sent home. This is BS. If Starbucks can't find them and provide them how is the employee going to find them. This is just a ploy so they don't have to pay them. Glad I don't drink coffee.

Tried to order an iced coffee, menu is very small with hardly any options, got a very strong, bitter, burnt tasting drink over ice. Staff was very unfriendly and rude, most definitely ruined my want to get Starbucks again.
