This is my first ever five star review for a Safeway starbucks. The staff were fantastic, the service was fast and friendly, the food was fresh, and it was a generally awesome experience.

So absolutely RUDE!!! This kid should not be working with the public! His name is Henry and he’s horrible at customer service and my drink was not even good… at all!! So snarky and condescending I’ll be buying coffee and breakfast elsewhere!!

There is a girl that works there who is rude, she was rude to my husband a few weeks ago, and he is the nicest person there is. Today, myself, our daughter and my husband went to get Sunday coffee & while taking out orders, she was visiblely annoyed. My husband asked her if she was having a bad day & she said no, she couldn't hear him & I let her know she was obviously annoyed & she apologized. Maybe they can turn the music down, so she can hear better, b/c it is pretty loud w/the music & coffee roasters, etc & everyone has to water a mask ‍

I was very disappointed today as I went to the Starbucks inside Safeway for my coffee ( just like I’ve done for years) the young girl took my order then took another order from a Safeway employee and then proceeded to make the employees food and coffees and served his stuff to him and then begins to make my coffee....seriously ???? Guess I will find a different Starbucks to visit daily ?

A customer heard the manager telling an employee that they have to bring their own masks tomorrow or be sent home. This is BS. If Starbucks can't find them and provide them how is the employee going to find them. This is just a ploy so they don't have to pay them. Glad I don't drink coffee.

Tried to order an iced coffee, menu is very small with hardly any options, got a very strong, bitter, burnt tasting drink over ice. Staff was very unfriendly and rude, most definitely ruined my want to get Starbucks again.

This is a smaller Starbucks that is adjacent to a Barnes and Noble. The menu is no different than other stores but the business is often very busy. The staff is cheerful and fast with the orders which is nice but there is often little seating left due to the many patrons camped out with books and computers. I rarely see a table open except outside. Great place to duck in and get a coffee to go.
